“We showed up at 11:03 because the McDonald’s app said they closed at midnight. When we pulled up they told us they were closed, our order was already paid for unfortunately. We couldn’t figure out how to refund our order in the McDonald’s app, so Angela decided to try and help us, when that didn’t work she made sure to refund our order, even though it was after closing hours. Due to Angela’s amazing customer service, she and McDonald’s made the situation right. I love my small town McDonald’s and right here is why, good people are here and they make our lives a little bit better.
