We've always had a great experience here, from service to food! I personally love the Avocado Blast sandwich on wild rice cranberry bread, which is outstanding! They have daily specials and a salad bar. It's that cozy bar-restaurant mixture. They have a full bar and pull tabs, and tons of TVs. We always sit on the dining room side, and even when it's been packed, it hasn't seemed overly loud. 💯

I arrived about 3pm. The place was nearly empty. The waitress was very helpful. She was great. The food(burger) was very good. The house made potato chips were a great appetizer.

Bartender was great, friendly, attentive and just an all around solid guy. Atmosphere was exactly as you’d expect. Live music was a nice bonus. Food was 50/50 - I got the crystal burger. The burger was small, burnt and came from a clearly very dirty grill. It had that burnt oil and nasty taste to it. I had the sweet potato fries with it and they were prepared perfect. Sweet potato fries can be hard to do as they go from not done to burnt quick. They were delicious.

Our waitress was gossiping about us to another table (whispering and pointing), food was soggy and stale, and the bathroom was a dumpster fire. I wouldn’t come here unless you’re looking for a bad time.

Everything was good, I was surprised to see they had gluten free buns and bread for people like me. The broasted chicken was good but not great, could have used some spices but again, it was good and hot. The mashed potatoes were not hot. Smash burger night, was great! I would go back for sure!

I haven’t stopped in for a couple months so things may have changed. The last two times I ate here at least one person in my party ended up sick. The bartenders do the best they can to provide great service, which is the saving grace for the Crystal.

So the waiter over the phone didn't detail that the side of fries that come with the meal is am extra 3.00, then get my food and my fries are completely soggy, the burger was alright, but the 3.00 for soggy fries was not, I'd fix your menus if that's the case?

First time customers............. We waited to be served for over 20 minutes and then finally went to the bar to order our drinks. We finally got a server who had minimal follow up with us as to how our food was and wanting another drink. The service would not get us back, but the food was great. We will try it a second time because of the food, and hope for better service!
