We ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain and it wasn't plain. They were quick to make a new one and didn't make a big deal out of it. This location is always pretty good!

Ordered strawberry cheesecake blizzard which came back with a very faint pink (next to no strawberry visible). I complained to the girl who made it that I wanted more strawberry cause she clearly didn’t have much. By this point it had already taken several minutes too long and there was 1 customer vehicle there. The manager Greg then came over to say he had to charge me more as she’d used the standard amount of strawberry. It took him forever to figure out how much more to charge me. He told her to add strawberries but told her she might have to start from scratch if the ice cream wasn’t thick enough now (but like spoonful more of strawberry is an up charge?). It came back less pink than normal anyway. Took that condescending jerk that this was getting posted on FB so here it is.

We visit the Mora DQ frequently. I enjoy the ease of ordering with the mobile app and earning free food. The inside of the place always appears clean. The staff generally are friendly (some could communicate more or at least smile at the customers). We very rarely have issues with our orders here. I recommend this fast food joint over others in Mora!

Went here earlier today with my wife. We ordered two original plain stackburgers (which comes with pickles, mustard, ketchup, cheese, and lettuce. According to the website.) When we got home to eat 20 minutes later, our burgers both had the worst tasting pepper jack cheese, chipotle sauce, and bacon. We each took a bite and threw out the burger. I also got a mango freeze and it was too sour to take another sip. Just disappointing to pay $20 for fries and a Dr. Pepper.

We always stop here when we come through town (6-7 plus time per year). Aside from 1 time when the drive thru was down, the food is always hot, fresh, and fast. Cory and the rest of the crew are amazing!

Stopped here on the way back from our cabin. Ordered a burger and fries for a $5 deal, and a medium cookie dough blizzard. Total was $12 and change. Took about 10 minutes to finally get to the window and pay. The man gave me a small blizzard, I said I ordered a medium. He said, "well, we only rang you up for a small". So that blizzard was $7? I told him I'd like the medium, and he replied, "well then I have to charge you for a medium". I said forget it and took my order and left. Just like previous reviews, the fries were stale, the hamburger bun was hot, but stiff like it was heated up in the microwave for too long. Probably won't stop here again. rude service, and food not very good.
Very friendly staff!! Ricky and Annabelle were the ones that helped me and I appreciated it!! Seems like they like their job. Definitely recommend stopping in. I heard if you download the app you get a small Blizzard for under a $1.00.

I understand you guys get busy 100%. I worked in the industry for years. But you don't have customers sitting inside, waiting for 10 minutes without being acknowledged then get pi*sy with the customer for asking if they are gonna get helped. But with 3 drivethru orders (at the time) and 5 staff, staff who are frustrated because someone said they won't come help their coworkers. I can see why things get behind. But the little bit of acknowledgement would of went a long way.Theres a gentleman who normally works drive thru when I come through and he is very sweet, very customer oriented. His coworkers could learn something from him.Not to mention the tables were disgusting.Without customers, you guys wouldn't be in service.
