Went to McDonald's yesterday. Had .99 hamburgers. Ordered this and ff and they charged $4.19 for French fries. The hamburger was the size of a half dollar. Not a deal at all. I was discussed by the way McDonald's had come to be so cheap. Food quality has certainly gone south over the years. I hear from everyone I know that they will not go to McDonald's for food anymore. MIGHT WANT TO SEND THIS TO THE POWERS TO BE AT CORPORATE. BAD BUSINESS.

Until I was 25 years old I literally could not eat anything other than a Big Mac meal. I loved McDonald's food and lived off it. Now in the last 20 years the food is inedible. The Big Mac sauce and burger do not taste anything like they once the french fries are filled with so much formaldehyde and chemicals yet there is little taste. I am not sure if they are using actual beef or if they are growing it in a lab but it does not taste natural the redesign of all the McDonald's stores makes them look corporate and cold. A place that was once family friendly and affordable is nothing like it once was and I see McDonald's closing soon due to product quality and overpriced food

We showed up at 11:03 because the McDonald’s app said they closed at midnight. When we pulled up they told us they were closed, our order was already paid for unfortunately. We couldn’t figure out how to refund our order in the McDonald’s app, so Angela decided to try and help us, when that didn’t work she made sure to refund our order, even though it was after closing hours. Due to Angela’s amazing customer service, she and McDonald’s made the situation right. I love my small town McDonald’s and right here is why, good people are here and they make our lives a little bit better. Whether it’s a nice hot breakfast sandwich before school, or a late night snack run for cookies. A smile always ensues.

We went in to get a quick meal and ended up waiting 30 minutes + more, one of the employees we had asked for help (our receipt did not print) opened the kiosk took our receipt out crumpled it up infront of us and said our food was being made. (it wasn't, we hadn't even paid) another order later... we waited 30+ minutes again just for them to forget part of our order. (we were not the only ones they had forgotten to include items) the guy infront of us had to practically beg for his chocolate milk and wished us good luck as he was leaving... as we left the establishment we saw him speeding in his vehicle back into the parking lot. (guess they forgot more!!!) would give this place 0 stars if I could. 😟

Just horrible we waited 30min just for them to take our order because the kiosk didn't print our receipt then the guy said not to worry and they got our order fast forward another 10 minutes and the guy came and took the receipts out of the kiosk and crumpled up ours and threw it away right in front of us so we reordered and went to the desk and this guy who had gotten his food had to come back because they forgot his chocolate milk then after like 5 min of the workers not even acknowledge us this lady came and took our order AGAIN!!! Then we waited for like 20 minutes for our food and they forgot half of it😮💨 then after we left the same guy that had to go get his chocolate milk looked mad and drove into the parking lot really quick. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
