Shane and Mindy are the best ! Despite the few one-star reviews from 4 and 5 years ago I believe the establishment was not yet under the expert care of the wonderful Proprietors ! All their marvelous soups are homemade especially recommend the hunters stew but all these soups are as they make them so they're not on a particular day but literally everything they put in front of you with great service and wonderful tasty food is Tops on my reading list for one of the best undiscovered for people that don't get in the area ! ! !😃 Keep up the great work Shane and Mindy you guys have got it dialed in ! Will be seeing you soon and often now that camperville is open for the season, looking forward to a great season ahead🤗😍🤩🥰🤗

Special thanks to Mindy and Shane at Northwoods steakhouse for hosting my birthday celebration on March 2. They are too remarkable owners that take a great deal of pride and not only their business but their community. To see how well they are liked in this community is something special for this day and age. The food and the service of the staff was outstanding and I would strongly recommend anybody to check it out. Great job!

We stopped by Northwoods looking for a nice comfortable meal, and we were not disappointed. Even on a busy Saturday night, we had a very short wait for a table. The staff were fun and quick to serve - and the food was phenomenal.
10/10 - this place alone will be the reason we head back to that neck of the woods.

Was a bad experience from when we walked in waitress was busy talking to the bartender we had to wait had chicken fingers and a Reuben chicken fingers weren't even cooked through and the Reuben was nothing to write home about very sad for a steakhouse Will not be back would not recommend it to anyone

Celebrate granddaughters birthdays with the family! Nice place and great food
Northwoods steakhouse definitely ranks in my top 3 in Minnesota! My granddaughter and I sat on the dog friendly patio, which was refreshing coming from Ogilvie. After my husband left me I wasn’t sure if something could make me happy again, but Northwood’s steaks definitely proved me wrong!

I ordered the Black and Blue Salad, deep fried pickles and Pina Coladas. The salad was excellent with the medium rare steak I added to it. The meat was very tender. The only thing that could have made it better would be to add some mixed salad greens with a touch less iceberg lettuce. The drink was perfect and didn’t skimp on the liquor. The waitress Jen S. was fabulous, stopping to see how the meal was and if I needed anything at just the right moments, not excessively. Please keep her on and give that gal a raise as she works very hard. I would have given the very top rating if the salad would have had some mixed greens instead of all iceberg lettuce. I noticed a table of 16 come in to eat and at least 3 servers brought all their drinks at once. Very well organized.
Parking: Tons of spots! I came at 4:30 p.m
