This subway never offers the company’s deals, and never gets limited items. They get our orders wrong half the time, and if you order through the app they do the sandwiches in worst way they can.

Horrible. They put SO much salt and pepper on our sandwiches when we specifically asked for a very little amount and it made them completely inedible. Plus bad customer service.

so the lady that rang up the food tonight did it wrong then they refused to give what they over charged for an get this they wanted double of what it cost an then she sends a cop to my house I will be calling the headquarters bout this an I will be telling ppl what u guys did... I will never come back an 2 be honest if you don't knw how to do ur job u should be fired 💯 how dare u send a cop to my house for ur mess up any way she charged one of the sandwiches at reg price I don't where she got that from but apparently she didn't pay attention then they were told to just keep the 27 but then she must of hit the avoid button again she doesn't listen ...so excuse me the food was paid for as far as I'm concerned she needs better training or she needs to be fired ....DO BETTER SUBWAY

Once again, this stingy owner in Mora, MN refuses to honor Subway's specials. Why don't you just scrap the franchise and rename it The Overpriced Sub Shoppe?

POOR SERVICE. The app said that they didn’t have a sandwich it was unavailable so I Couldn’t order online and couldn’t use my coupon code. And they actually had tuna in the store after I called….I explained this to her and she was zero help said that there are zero coupons available and then asked me if I needed a bag three times. She said the app is a part of a third-party vendor, and they have nothing to do with it. Bad customer service.

So whomever worked around 6pm on New Years Eve should be fired!! Our sandwich was so small it was ridiculous!!! 1 pickle 4 black olives. 3 spinich leaves.... must I go on!!!
