Seriously the best chips I can remember. Crispy, thick but not mealy or greasy. Just yum! Enchilada combo was good too

I don’t usually review but I made an exception this time. Soggy, mushy food all blended together- like eating baby food, but worse-tasting. Very dry beef. Rice pudding.

We prefer this place over the other place in the area. Deliciously filling authentic food.

Mi Pueblo Express is nothing short of absolutely amazing. I was blown away by the depth and dimension of the flavors—hands down some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. To think something this good is right here in my local area feels like discovering a true hidden treasure. I’d highly, highly, highly recommend Mi Pueblo Express to anyone!

Good food but watch out for being overcharged. Disappointed even though the food was good and easy gluten-free options. We went back the next day and they gave us money back to cover the overcharge. That worked out since we didn’t get a receipt.
We ordered two combo lunches for $11 each plus two cups of tap water. The bill should have been $22 plus tax. The charge was $27.01. That’s about 25% or $5 in tax. Obviously charged for something we didn’t order.

Exactly like Mexico down to the grilled pineapple on the pork street tacos. Was referred to this place by a friend. Figured in MN, why not. 40 minute drive that I'm now gonna make at least a few times a month. Absolutely amazing

Little hidden gem in the center of Mound! This place has an extensive menu and a cute little dining room. Service was very quick. We had the lunch-size steak fajitas and dinner sized chicken fajitas. Both were delicious - the steak was plentiful and tender, and the refried beans were especially yummy. Chips and salsa were home made and fresh. We’ll definitely return soon!

The arros con pollo is great! My husband's birria tacos were not authentic but still enjoyable. I only wish the pricing was a bit more affordable. The Hispanic staff were awesome and spoke fluent Spanish which I appreciate.

Mi Pueblo in Mound is always a great spot. The food is fresh and flavorful, the service is friendly, and the quesabirrias are my absolute favorite. It’s an easy place to enjoy a good meal.
