I had an online pickup order where they blantly forgot all the sauces on my sandwhich so i got hoke to eat a very bland sandwich with none of the sauces that were clearly listed on the receipt highly disappointed

I just came here to pass along some comments my friends and I were sharing on social about Fast Food pricing being outrageous.
Here's my comment: p.s. Subway Mound's employees have consistently had the best employees of any fast food chain I've ever experienced in my life. Whatever they do in their interviews, BRAVO. Amazing.
And my neighbor said: I agree, they are the best!
Just happy, and great personalities. Always chatting me up. And not just one of them. All of them.
Good job, Mound, Subway. Great customer service should definitely be rewarded. Keep it up. It's appreciated.

This review is to give a shout out to the guy who was working this evening (June 10 at 5pm). I placed an order online and put a note in the comment box asking to have my turkey heated. I’m pregnant and need deli meats heated to steaming. When I walked in the guy knew my name and then assured me he saw my note about heating the turkey. He said he got it nice and hot and everything was labeled so I knew which sub was whose. It was great service that I’m not accustomed to receiving at chain restaurants. Subway better keep this employee.

I stopped in there at 9:49pm to grab a sub and Dylan, the employee said we are closed. I said you guys are open till 10 PM. I would like to order a sub. He said we are closed. We put everything away already. I said that’s not acceptable because business hours show 10 PM you should stay open till 10 PM as it says he refused to make my sub.
