If I could give this place zero I definitely would. The entire ordeal wasn't pleasant. How could you be the only one in line and want to place 2 seperate orders, but told to drive around twice. And then decline and they were offended and made me wait 20 minutes for a sandwich.

Love their chicken but the prices have risen a lot. Not so sure I can afford to eat there much anymore.My favorites are spicy thighs, red beans and rice. I love the breading. Never enough mashed potatoes and gravy, for 2 things so easy to make in large quantities they are cheap with them. I went to pick up my mobile order and the employee saw my straw break. So I asked for a new one and they basically told me I have to pay .79 cents for a new straw. Who pays 79 cents for a straw. Especially when it broke in front of the employee. I’m sorry but that’s messed up. The menu doesn’t even say anything about straws being 79 cents. Corporate ain’t going to like this….
