I visited the Mounds View location on Sunday, October 8 at 6:40 PM and I was helped by the manager. I noticed that the woman preparing food was talking on her cell phone, holding it in one hand and preparing the food with no gloves on at all. So I asked, can they put on gloves and then I was told by the manager that Mexicans don’t serve Black people you can get out of the store. Seems Manager Bryan is still up to it. Here he is flipping me off after refusing entry to the lobby at 7:36 pm when the lobby closes at 8 pm. Lovely.

This manager Bryan needs to be fired for all the complaints he gets on the daily! I had the police called because I wasn’t happy with the food I was served and shorted, I asked could you replace my order nice and simple and he said no I’m calling the police because I refused a refund and he’s a very argumentative individual for a manger and when the police asked to replace my meal he stated no as well and gave us a district manager number from LA which was his number so...read full review
