When I asked if someone else could ring up my order because the person who was trying to seemed to be having a lot of difficulties, was told I was being rude and could just leave. I was also told, "If you're rude to customer service, customer service will be rude to you."
I ordered a pizza at 9:31pm and didn’t receive my order until 11:17pm. When I initially contacted the store after an hour Lonnie was extremely rude and said they sent a text message about my delivery which I never received. My pizza was the same pizza from my order and it was cold without any apologies.
i just a st jude meal from you guys and yall forgot half my order the number on your guys page keeps saying call declined not good bruhh
