This location consistently offers inaccurate and slow service! I ordered an “large, unsweetened tea”, after awaiting for 15 mins in the drive thru lane, she give me a wrong size of tea, and she confirmed and give me the correct size of tea, I drove off then realized she give me the “sweetened” tea when I ordered the unsweetened because I can’t have sugar ….. what a waste of time! 😡

First and foremost, Anthony the assistant general manager and Malory the cashier are top tier customer service reps. They are super friendly, listened to everything I said, used my first name, and delivered me fresh hot food that tasted great. And the store & mens bathroom was spotless. I'll definitely will becoming back here for lunch. Thank you too, keep up the awesome work. And the entire staff have these two individuals as a shinning example of how to leave a smile and a long lasting impression on a customer. Thank you.

The quality of service is goin down sorry not sorry waiting for 10 minutes for a fry with two cars to be parked because they food wasn’t ready it’s something everyday fries aren’t even hot nor filled to the top . I worked at a McDonald’s when I was a teen and I don’t see what’s so hard the menu has not changed much expect taking things away from the menu you would think that would make it easier I guess not

Worst McDonald's in the area. It's on my way home from work or I'd have learned my lesson.

Regularly leaves the sauces and lids drinks out of orders.

Like more than 50% of the time. Zero issues at the silver lake location. Kind of weird tbh.

I ordered two meals with additional drink and sides thru UberEats that cost round $50 yet they only sent the drinks with the driver. These guys are idiots. I called the store and they don’t want to take accountability for making the mistake! Its pathetic. Other places would apologize and just send the order out again but they rather blame the third party for their mistake and have me charged again.
