Great dinner experience. Has the charming small town feel. Food is fairly priced tasty.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: Narrow walk ways so wheelchairs would take up the entire walkway. Door would be difficult to open for wheelchair users and besides the Narrow walkways there is no stairs.

Ordered 4 meals for curbside to go. Called when I arrived, was told it's busy and might be a wait. No problem. Person came out to my car with 3 of the 4 meals.. out of chicken fingers. No meal for me. When I asked why it wasnt discussed when I called, she said "I tried to call you back but you didnt answer".. way to project your issue on me, especially when for 7 minutes I was out in my car waiting.

Love Perkins. Not this location.. stay away.

During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sherri Hogan, who truly made our experience memorable. Her exceptional customer service stood out, especially in how she interacted with my children. I was genuinely touched by her kindness and attentiveness, which made our meal even more enjoyable. And I am grateful for Sherri's support during our time at the restaurant, and I sincerely hope to see her again on our next visit. Her warm demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile for her customers left a lasting impression on us. Thank you, Sherri, for making our dining experience so special!

UPDATE: we received a call from the manager apologizing for both the mistake on the meal and the attitude of the server who answered our call. It turns out this was a corporate deal that had just come thru and not all of the staff were aware. They gave us a 1 person meal, instead of the offer. They are refunding our cost and offered to make good on our meal as well.

So, Perkins restaurant here in St Paul thinks that THIS IS AN $80.00 dinner meal to feed 4-6 people… there are 1-2 bones per person and literally a spoonful of mashed potatoes. And when we tried to confirm if this was correct, they said YEP! Needless to say I will NOT be going there again.
