Hostess was nice. Tables were dirty, my order was messed up. I specified having bacon in my order, checked it when I got home, no bacon. Hash browns were too soft, omelet was gross and a little dry. Food wasn’t hot, but warm. Banana pancakes were still pretty good. Bakery is always the better part of Perkins, had no lemon meringue pie. Pricing was good for what you get, but this location mostly services older people, couldn’t get over hearing all the coughing and lack of cleanliness so I ordered to go. Won’t be going back to Perkins. What happened to this place? I used to go to Perkins all the time with my family as a Holiday tradition. Definitely not worth going back now as an adult. I’m so disappointed…

We waited in the lobby for 40 minutes for a table for two. When we got our table, there were empty tables all around us. We finally figured out that there was only one waiter for our whole side of the restaurant. When we FINALLY got our food, it was cold and our drink glasses were dirty. It was so bad that we paid our bill and left. In the parking lot, we were asked by some patrons, where our free piece of pie was. We were never offered it and since we are new to the neighborhood, we didn't know about the free pie. Poor service, understaffed, cold food and dirty glasses. It's not the Perkins we remember!

Our server, Kirsten, was very patient with us while we ordered, and helped explain how our coupon worked. Overall she made the experience much better.The food was good. I enjoyed my chicken and biscuits. The vanilla shake was icy and didn't have enough vanilla.
Yum! I Miss having a Perkins near me! My client wanted to go and I'm impressed! Do y'all still take free cookies tokens? I still have 2....Kid-friendliness: Awesome kids menu too. And senior menu also!

Our server was amazing! They were so short staffed & she was right on top of everything. She had a few rude tables and handled herself so well. I'm glad we had her. The food was good but getting spendy for what you receive. The hostest was not the friendliest, but she wasn't about to ruin our day.
