Solomon’s Bakery comes to the Minneapolis Farmers Marker and we love having them! Their pastries are so good - you literally can’t go wrong. The staff has always been awesome, they make it a great experience even when there is long lines.

FOOD: Amazing amazing pastries!! I am a sucker for a good breakfast pastries, and they have many awesome options. Everything was so fresh, and nothing was overly sweet. SERVICE: The staff here was SO friendly. The line was very long, but they managed to get through everyone quickly. AMBIANCE: I went to the Molly City Farmers Market stand, but the ambiance of the farmers market is awesome. So many fun stands to check out!LOCATION/PARKING: Once again, still have to make it to the bakery, but the Stand at the farmers market is a great location. Right next to the Guthrie theatre and stone arch bridge! Street parking might be a bit difficult to find.

Went to my local West Indian grocery store and picked up your tennis roll! Reminded me of the Finnish Pulla! The consistency/texture was awesome but it had a little too much of the aniseed.. all in all it it was great!!!!! Do you make the Guyanese butter flaps too?

Great fresh Paris-quality pastries. Casual, friendly service. There is a reason the line is always long. Get in queue. You won't be disappointed. (Hint: if you are either another person, go snap a photo of the offerings board and make your selections while standing in line so you are prepared when it is your turn to be served.)
I haven’t had a pastry this good since Paris, France 2012. No joke. I eat pastry’s all over the twin cities, often. The chocolate almond croissant is the perfect balance of buttery light flakiness, and gooey almond/chocolate filling. It’s actually HEAVY - its packed with so much filling. 10/10 would recommend.
