Don’t care about employees and only worried about the numbers you put out. Have all these extra standards that just make employees job difficult because all the people in the office that don’t have to do the hard work think it was a good idea. Other fast food companies are WAY better to work for.

Horrible experience with the shift manager, James, at the Minot, ND Taco Bell location! This man was very rude and arrogant and because of his poor attitude we will never return to this location again!

Pretty used to food being somewhat subpar. If you don’t want your order correct then order Taco Bell. But please for the love of Pete let us back into the lobby. COVID was over in 2021 and it is now 2023. A lack of employees is no excuse to keep your lobby closed. You only got 3 stars because the Mexican pizza is back on the menu

The $6.99 delivery fee you have set up with doordash in Mankato is beyond ridiculous. Although your tacos are cheaper than other companies it takes about a $60 order to make it worth the fee, which at that point tax is higher bringing us back to square one. May want to reconsider your delivery platform

Me and my wife were at taco Bell in Muskegon Michigan on Henry St on taco Tuesday and asked for our free tacos and no tomatoes on my triplelupa and when we got home there were no tacos in the bag and tomatoes on my food, I was pretty angry
