I like Caribou coffee better than the other ones … my firs time having Cabu in Minnesota I got home to Arizona got a mocha turtle and they have the chocolate coffee bean that goes on the top. I actually like that when I got to Arizona, they argued with me about that that doesn’t come on the moas and from my understanding and with on all the moas, I guess it’s different according to the state you go to.
Our barista was very nice helping my 3-year-old buy his own snacks.

This location is not open for posted hours with no sign saying anything about closing early. Unreliable.
The best (albeit pricey) hot mochas in town!

At first I was just going to leave a review about how this particular location allows loitering and noise pollution but it turns out the customer service ended up being the worst part of my experience. I came in and ordered a tea and sat down to check work emails. There were 2 teenage boys there that were being ridiculously obnoxious with gas station food and drinks running around the place. After about 45 minutes I asked them if they were going to order anything. The girl working told me “they’re fine, unless they’re bothering you.” I expressed that I’m a paying customer and should be able to enjoy my tea in a relaxed atmosphere. She basically disregarded the fact that I was the customer and the kids were loitering, being obnoxious and hadn’t ordered a thing! It was then that she told me I was bothering THEM! What a joke. I guess this is what modern customer service looks like. Where we can no longer address a legitimate issue without being challenged by the new age status quo. I was not being disrespectful, I was not being discriminatory. I simply wanted to enjoy some downtime at the end of my day. When customers come in and place an order they should be offered an environment where they can relax and be treated with respect. I guess I’ll just go to Starbucks next time. They know how to treat people.

I've never been quite as disappointed with a coffee shops service than I have today. I had gotten to this location to 5-6 people in front of me in line (I dont mind waiting in line. I could see that they were quite busy so no problem.) Finally got to my turn and I had ordered a large caramel high rise with 2 shots of espresso and a medium caramel high rise with no additional shots. The man taking my order had asked me to review the order to make sure everything was correct and i saw that he rung up 2 medium caramel high rises. So I corrected him by saying to him that the one with two shots should have been a large. He proceeded to get extremely snippy and short with me, with a really bad attitude that I corrected him. He corrected it on the screen. I paid and proceeded to wait. I then get my order called out to it be the wrong order pre correction. I couldn't correct him either because of the fact that his regulars were in the shop watching everyone like a hawk. So I took my wrongly made coffee and left. I am incredibly disappointed in the service of this location. I will not be back.

Was my very favorite Caribou. No drive thru, but if they had one it would be more genuine. Service is slow; a drive thru would increase their throughput and align with their customer attention. They talk way too much coordinating daily meet ups and non coffee making plans.
One exception is Rachel. She gets her assignments done with speed, clarity and engagement. Very pleasant. She should manage this place.
Walked in and was greeted right way. The staff took my order and gave me suggestions on my drink that I liked and I got my drink in less than 5 min. The place is always clean and I can always find a place to sit. Thank you!

The place was Clean, The coffee was fine, However, the man who took my order showed poor listening and had another issue. I stated my order to be "dark roast" coffee. When reviewing my request, he said, So, you want the light roast ? I calmly said, No, the dark roast. When paying, I placed my bank credit card over the screen. When the screen did not accept my card, I noted I did not hover my card correctly. When he saw I didn't do that correctly, he laughed... I'm sorry, but I interpreted that he was laughing at me instead of helping me and being empathetic. I'm a reward member and I have good experiences at other Caribou coffee shops in town. But it seemed he was having a good laugh at my innocent mistake.

Great service and didn't rush me to decide on my order when I needed extra time to make a decision.

I entered this store on 05/03/2024 at approximately 5:54 p.m.
There was no barista at the counter or customers in the store, so I waited four minutes. After the elapsed time, a female with dark hair proceeded to either come out of the bathroom or the back storage area, which I thought was another customer, as she had the most disgusted and sour look on her face, almost like she had a bad day or something to that effect. I was wrong because she was the barista and went behind the counter.
She then looks at me with the same disgusted look at our initial encounter and says what I thought was, “Can I help you?” in an extremely harsh and rushed tone. I then placed my order with her, which was a large peach cooler shaker. I then told her I was a rewards member and if she could input my phone number. She then rolled her eyes and told me to hit the cancel button. She continues to be disgusted with me, especially more now that she had to input my phone number.
She then goes to make my drink, all the while displaying actions of anger that I was in the store. This was evident by her visibly throwing the metal shaker she used to make my drink loudly in the sink. She then put my drink on the counter, which was almost full of ice and barely any liquid in the cup on the counter. She did not say “Have a nice day” or “Thank you for stopping in.” She did not attempt to give me any more eye contact and was probably glad that I left. I was still polite to her and worded the comment “thank you” and exited the store.
I would give a ZERO to this store if there was an option for that, but unfortunately, there is not. First, I am appalled by this individual’s action. She should NEVER, and I mean NEVER work with the public if she is going to have this kind of attitude with customers, not to mention a PAYING customer. Secondly, I am convinced the reason why she had this kind of bad attitude is because the store was closing at 6 p.m., which I was not aware of when I entered (I looked up the store hours upon leaving the store). I understand that a store needs to close, but if that was the case, then the door should have been locked, so PAYING customers could not enter the store. Otherwise, you provide continued service until the business is closed.
I have never been treated so poorly in my life as a PAYING customer by any individual. Word of advice to this gal with dark hair. “If you dislike your job this much, as evident by your interaction with me, please do the public a favor, go and find a job where you DON’T have any interactions with other individuals.” I understand that individuals may have a bad day from time to time, but her attitude was NOT ACCEPTABLE by any standards!
I will never return to this Caribou Coffee store again and will share my negative experience on other social platforms to warn others of this individual AND to boycott this store moving forward. I visit this store several times a week and the baristas at this location seem like they are always having a bad day and dislike their jobs, BUT this interaction with this dark-haired female has been the worst of them all and I am DONE. No one, PAYING customer or not should be treated in this manner.
Oh by the way, I checked my transaction history, and I did not receive credit for my purchase on this day (just as I thought I wouldn’t be based on this female’s interaction with me).
Caribou Coffee, this individual needs to be counseled on her behavior, if not the very least, a verbal warning. It is NOT okay to treat a PAYING customer like this, no matter if she had a bad day or if she is ready to close the store.
*REACHED OUT TO CARIBOU COFFEE RELATIONS > 1 WEEK AGO, AND NO RESPONSE. NICE SERVICE HUH??

Just OK, other locations deal with long lines much better. This location had much more comfortable chairs in the past, now just regular chairs.
