I love everyone that works here!! It's always a pleasure coming to this location. I'm a newbie in the coffee world and they recommend the best drinks and I'm addicted lol
Out of 10 orders about nine times as prepared correctly.
Instead of green eggs and ham, we got green chicjen and matcha cooler. Jk, hiwever, mini Glow chick stick likes the matches cooler and the techno music
I used to love this location, but lately my drinks have been made consistently wrong. I think the workers need more training, and in the meantime I’d rather go to a different caribou that can successfully follow a recipe.
Great corner caribou, but no drive thru. All the staff had great customer service skills! Smiling and patient even though I was struggling to decide what to order with my kids.
Repeated Issues at This Location – Extremely Disappointed
I’ve given this Caribou Coffee multiple chances over the past year, but the service and quality have consistently let me down. My most recent experience was the last straw.
I placed a mobile order for a Honey Lavender Latte, arrived after a reasonable time, and found my Lumberjack sandwich sitting on the counter—but no drink. The store appeared understaffed, with only one employee visible and over a dozen customers waiting. When I finally got my drink, it was completely wrong (see attached photo).
This is not the first time I’ve had issues here, and at this point, it feels deliberate. I don’t know if it’s poor training, lack of care, or something else, but I should not have to worry about my order being messed with every time I visit.
I won’t be returning to this location unless serious improvements are made. If you’re looking for consistent, quality service, I suggest going to another Caribou Coffee nearby.
y’all got the most stupidest people working here i placed a order for a hot coffee multiple times and have called to confirm with them just for them to send it out cold

I like Caribou coffee better than the other ones … my firs time having Cabu in Minnesota I got home to Arizona got a mocha turtle and they have the chocolate coffee bean that goes on the top. I actually like that when I got to Arizona, they argued with me about that that doesn’t come on the moas and from my understanding and with on all the moas, I guess it’s different according to the state you go to.
Our barista was very nice helping my 3-year-old buy his own snacks.

This location is not open for posted hours with no sign saying anything about closing early. Unreliable.

The best (albeit pricey) hot mochas in town!

At first I was just going to leave a review about how this particular location allows loitering and noise pollution but it turns out the customer service ended up being the worst part of my experience. I came in and ordered a tea and sat down to check work emails. There were 2 teenage boys there that were being ridiculously obnoxious with gas station food and drinks running around the place. After about 45 minutes I asked them if they were going to order anything. The girl working told me “they’re fine, unless they’re bothering you.” I expressed that I’m a paying customer and should be able to enjoy my tea in a relaxed atmosphere. She basically disregarded the fact that I was the customer and the kids were loitering, being obnoxious and hadn’t ordered a thing! It was then that she told me I was bothering THEM! What a joke. I guess this is what modern customer service looks like. Where we can no longer address a legitimate issue without being challenged by the new age status quo. I was not being disrespectful, I was not being discriminatory. I simply wanted to enjoy some downtime at the end of my day. When customers come in and place an order they should be offered an environment where they can relax and be treated with respect. I guess I’ll just go to Starbucks next time. They know how to treat people.

Refuse to served food items after 5:00 p.m. when other locations serve up until 6:00 p.m.

I've never been quite as disappointed with a coffee shops service than I have today. I had gotten to this location to 5-6 people in front of me in line (I dont mind waiting in line. I could see that they were quite busy so no problem.) Finally got to my turn and I had ordered a large caramel high rise with 2 shots of espresso and a medium caramel high rise with no additional shots. The man taking my order had asked me to review the order to make sure everything was correct and i saw that he rung up 2 medium caramel high rises. So I corrected him by saying to him that the one with two shots should have been a large. He proceeded to get extremely snippy and short with me, with a really bad attitude that I corrected him. He corrected it on the screen. I paid and proceeded to wait. I then get my order called out to it be the wrong order pre correction. I couldn't correct him either because of the fact that his regulars were in the shop watching everyone like a hawk. So I took my wrongly made coffee and left. I am incredibly disappointed in the service of this location. I will not be back.

Was my very favorite Caribou. No drive thru, but if they had one it would be more genuine. Service is slow; a drive thru would increase their throughput and align with their customer attention. They talk way too much coordinating daily meet ups and non coffee making plans.
One exception is Rachel. She gets her assignments done with speed, clarity and engagement. Very pleasant. She should manage this place.
