I hate writing this because their pizza is great. The service however is ridiculous, like sorry for ordering a pizza? Showed up on time and waited 30 minutes for my pizza. No one came out with an update, no one apologized because they are busy, nothing. Didn’t even thank me. The place also hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. We will never order from here again, which sucks because we live 5 minutes away.

I consider myself a connoisseur of pizza and been coming to Chanticlear Pizza since the late 70's. I remember it being such a treat as a kid. This is the best pizza available anywhere. Consistently great even after all these years. Thanks for being way above all others in the pizza world.

Used to be a 5, now a zero, but that's not an option.We loved Chanticlear in New Hope for years. For a couple of years we didn't order food out due to COVID, etc. We recently did place a pizza order. We ordered a specialty pizza which included green or black olives and a choice of canned or fresh mushrooms. We opted for black olives and fresh mushrooms. The price seemed a little high but we figured prices may have gone up lately.When we received our order, there was an itemized receipt on which we were charged extra for our choices of olives and mushrooms that should have been covered in the total cost of the pizza. When we called about it, we were told there was nothing they could do since we'd already taken delivery of it.This past week we thought we'd give them another chance and this time ordered spaghetti and sausage. During the order the order taker said, sausage isn't an option on spaghetti, only meatballs. We'd always ordered it this way in the past. So, while the person was putting our order in he announced that he could add sausage after all, but couldn't take the meatballs off. We didn't want the meatballs but decided to not push the issue for fear of 5% of the food delivery being saliva. When we received the order it was spaghetti with both sausage and meatballs... but get this... there were what looked like 4 meatballs, however, they were CUT IN HALF!Chanticlear, you just lost two customers.The end.

Great pizza, better service. They didn’t have the 2 liter I ordered in stock so gave me a coupon for a free pizza to make up for it. Excellent service makes Chanticlear New Hope one of my favorite pizza joints around!

Loved the flavor, but something was different. Crust maybe, thin crust I think was always cooked until crispy. Still good pizza, just different.

Great friendly service, the employees there are always polite. The reason for the 3 stars is my pizza was not made correctly. I go there at least 1 time per month, and this particular time we weren't satisfied at all.
These guys are always consistent, great pizza everytime! Friendly Staff, clean place, efficient, timely. My family's favorite pizza!! We roadtrip special from Maple Plain. Love this Pizza!!?

Great food, they are about the only pizza shop that has the original cheese bread that you can order, the staff is very friendly, the delivery person has gone above and beyond at times. I have been ordering from the New Hope and Plymouth area since I was a little kid. I was so happy that they reopened their pizza shop again!
