Doors locked at 6:32pm when listed closing on door is 7pm so I'm unable to rate food or service, but frustrating

I’m officially giving up on this place. Today we stopped by the drive thru to get a few donuts around 1pm. We asked for glazed and the employee just said “OUT.” My husband said “excuse me?” and the employee replied “DID I STUTTER?” I’ve worked in customer service for 25 years and I would be appalled if anyone in my team ever treated a customer like that.
Y'all are open til 7pm and out of basic donuts at 1pm?? At least say something like “sorry, we are out.” Terrible service. Highly recommend Dufners in Plymouth for your donut and sandwich needs. Even though they close at 2pm, they had donuts and provided us with great customer service. We will never be back to this Dunkin ever.

Very disappointed. I went through the drive-through at The New hope Dunkin’ Donuts and placed my order at 6:55 PM. I specifically ordered a matcha latte with cold foam and paid extra for it. By the time I got to the window, Jaydah handed me a regular iced matcha with no cold foam. When I asked about it, she slammed the window and said, “I’m closed.” It was only 7:02 PM. Not my fault there were a few cars ahead of me. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers. Absolutely unacceptable service.

Oh no!!! We went inside to order. Cashier was lost...idk where. Their matcha is the cheapest, i guess. Super ugly. I asked mine unsweetened and was very sweet. We asked a cold cappuccino. Was hot. Cashier don't care and don't listen.

Past couple times Ive come to this location it’s …Just bad service and no one seems like they even want to be there… short and snippy answers and just not and enjoyable experience anymore I guess I’ll see if the new one a couple miles up the road is any better🤷♀️

This is by far the worst Dunkin. Cups are never full with the beverage you order. Also they have been cold. It’s unbelievable how they just don’t care at their place. They should really have a secret shopper come to see what’s really going on there. Which is obviously nothing!!!!

They just ignore mobile orders so be aware ahead of time, only order in the drive thru or in store otherwise you’ll be waiting half an hour for nothing.

I STOOD THERE THIS MORNING FOR 5 MINS WITH WORKERS WALKING PASS ME AND NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO ME. SO I LEFT. THEY WERE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT THE DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS AND NOT THE WALK INS. THIS PLACE IS POORLY RUN..
Newer Dunkin and I haven’t seen one so busy. Took forever at no fault of employees. I feel management should staff more in the morning hours since it’s by gym and target. Food and drinks were good. Will try coming when less busy

11/14/24 - 6:17am - 42nd & Winnetka Ave 55427. - They charged me twice for 2 Dz Doughnuts.... I put my card on the reader it beeped & said approved - the employee then said it "Timed Out" on her side so I would need to re-submit my card.... It Posted to my bank as two separate $34.71 charges. I think the employees are committing fraudulent extra charges and stealing the money.
