Seriously, y'all can't tell the difference between a custard donut and vanilla creme donut that I ordered. Not the first time this happened but my last time visiting this DD franchisee.

The foods are alright, it has declined ever since they opened. The service just keep getting worse, it’s like they no longer care about customers and only care about their money. Nobody here seemed to be trained about customer relation or care about it. No matter how good the foods are (in this case it’s not even that great), if the customer service is bad nobody would want to come back. Definitely not me!

Definitely one of the better locations in New Hope. The turn lane to get in/out sucks because it takes quite a while to get in/out the drive-through. Other than that, I couldn't find a better location near me.

The food is good. But the lady that takes the orders is rude. I’m trying to figure out what kind of donuts I want and she keeps asking me how many as I’m in the middle of my order trying to rush me I don’t know if she’s new or she just don’t have no customer service, but yeah.

I walked in at 4:25 PM and heard two ladies talking in the back. Waited 5 minutes before placing a mobile order. It still took them another 12 minutes to make my coffee drink. And they're NOT busy. Worst Dunkin' Donuts service! I won't be back.

The quality of the food is GREAT, but this is the 3rd time they’ve added pork to our food which is against our religion. Also the coffee had no sugar which was requested. We’ve repeated our order more than once and another time at the window. Even though the cashier had the order correct on the receipt, the kitchen still made an incorrect order. I hope going forward they get better at being thorough and succeed as a team!

Busy as hell. Ordered thru the app to pick up in drive thru but when got there, thru drive thru line was around the building so decided to park and go in. That line was also long. Luckily, I saw a station for "Mobile Orders" so walked up and asked for mine. She went over to drive thru window and grabbed mine and gave it to me. Thank God I didn't need to stand in that line. I recommend ordering on the app and pick up in store to avoid lines.Parking: Plenty of spots, but because the drive thru line was so long, makes it tough getting in and out of some of the spots.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! It's a bunch of kids who work there. There's always a wait to get your drink or food. They are very unprofessional - no greetings, can't take a simple order, or follow directions. The coffees are horrible! Either they're missing flavor or you have to repeat your order five times just for them to get it wrong. Not to mention the attitude if you let them know your order was incorrect.Furthermore, the overall atmosphere is chaotic and disorganized. The staff seems overwhelmed and unable to handle the volume of customers efficiently. It's frustrating to see them constantly rushing around, making mistakes, and showing no regard for customer satisfaction.The lack of professionalism is evident in their communication skills as well. They often mumble or speak too softly, making it difficult to understand what they're saying. It's incredibly frustrating to have to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times.To make matters worse, the quality of the food and drinks is subpar. The coffees lack the rich and bold flavors that one would expect from a reputable establishment. It's as if they don't put any effort into ensuring a satisfying taste experience for their customers.And if you dare to point out any mistakes or express your dissatisfaction, be prepared for a defensive and confrontational attitude from the staff. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they seem to take offense and make you feel like you're the one at fault.Overall, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment. The unprofessionalism, poor service, and low-quality products make it an incredibly disappointing experience.
