I heard good things about this taco truck, so I thought id try it. And I was not disappointed! The cook was AWSOME, energetic, fun, and the el pastor was honestly the best I ever had! Loved the pineapple topping! Also he let us try a volcano which i will definitely be getting next time I go there. Definitely worth the drive looking for him in his known spots! 5 stars 🌟

Hugo is the man and the El Jefe food truck is amazing! Hugo came and catered my Dad's 70th birthday this last weekend. All of the guests raved about how good the food was. Hugo is also a great dude with a great attitude who loves what he does. He served about 75 people with ease. Highly recommended!!

This truck was conveniently located outside a store I stopped at and served the most amazing taco truck bites I’ve had in a while. We got there right at open and ordered chicken tacos, steak tacos (pictured) and a pork quesadilla. We were not disappointed at all and the quesadilla was one of the best things I’ve eaten in a long time. Being 8 months pregnant and craving tacos has had us visiting many taco trucks these last few months to satisfy cravings but this is by far my favorite we’ve stopped at. The quality, the flavor, and the value were all top notch. The staff were friendly and welcoming and were truly great at customer service.
