During an interview trip within the area. I stopped by Gion restaurant, enticed by rave reviews and decided to check it out. I ordered the chef's special pho and it exceeded my expectations, boasting a rich broth.
The noodles were cooked to perfection staying firm without becoming soggy while eating ? great staff and the food came out fast.
I definitely will recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Whoever is visiting the area...

The classic Pho was excellent- the broth was perfect for my taste buds not sweet at all - they only have one size large so would definitely get it to share next time!!!!
Also got the pork Banh mi- pretty good but not a ton of filing
The restaurant is small but clean and tidy and the staff are all wearing gloves when handling the food so liked that
