High prices. No more serious check out so lines are unbearable. I have been sitting in line for 10 mins as i speak

Easy to get to, lots of parking and a gas station at the same location. Nice produce and product selections. Has a Wahlburgers restaurant, pharmacy and liquor store too. Friendly employees.

The prices for donuts are getting stupid. $2 for a regular glazed donut. Ridiculous. They're also always out of the sugar donuts which are the only reason I try to get donuts at Hy-Vee. Overall, the donuts are mid and the prices are too much for what they offer.

I really like the bakery and candy aisle even if they are bad for me and i avoid them ! They have an alright variety of frozen stuff and limited variety of produce, and meh variety of healthy non dairy products. It's a bummer i asked the employee if they could order bulk of my preferred OWYN grocery product and the employee told me no. This is a bummer since stuff has been ordered in the past for me

I just had a disappointing store experience that has never occurred before. Around 8am on Saturday I picked out about 10 items, but when I went to check out there NO cashiers at any of the regular checkouts. Only self-checkouts were available. When I inquired about this, I was told no cashiers would be in store until 9 am! --Never have heard that excuse before. If you can man your service desk, you should be able to have a cashier available. So no choice but to self- checkout. After a few false starts at both cash only and locked self-checkouts, I found one to use. Some items were not ringing up at the shelf price, so I asked for some assistance. Hy-vee has a weird policy on some items that the discount isn’t visible as it is rung up, but taken off at the end, and in other cases the “assistant” has to manually adjust the price on the fly. For 10 items I had to loudly ask for help several times to the “assistant”, who was definitely more interested in socializing with her co-workers. This is totally unacceptable behavior and I did ask for a store manager, who was not available. At one point I said loudly, “I should not have to struggle through this!”, and no store personnel responded. The customer in the next lane was also having checkout issues and agreed with me. Quite honestly, if I hadn’t really needed the eggs, I would have left everything at the checkout and walked out of the store in frustration. So much for the Hy-vee “helpful smile”—this was such an unpleasant experience I’m unsure when or if I will return. This is poor performance for a franchise that wants to be a major player in the Twin Cities.

I went 4 Bingo. Didn't win ? but I had a good time. My food was great - cooked just like I ordered it? The wait people were nice & attentive ? Maybe I'll win next time....?

My cupcake order was incorrect at the time I picked it up. Brianna was professional and extremely understanding. She corrected my order in the most pleasant way. Highly recommend and huge applause to Brianna for being so spectacular!

This is referring to the aisles online system at the cottage grove Mn store. The last three time's I've picked up my order there, there is something either missing (that was forgotten) or in the last case, eggs that were broken and leaking onto other eggs. When I called the aisles on line phone, I was told that it would be Friday (two days) before I would get good eggs. I had to call the store manager whom, sent someone with new eggs right away. I know Walmart is cheaper but I don't want to shop there. So,,,, maybe I'll just take my business to Cub. I haven't decided yet.

I have never stepped foot into this store. The website was intuitive and easy to use. Prices on products were just the tiniest bit more expensive than the cheapest blue megastore near you. But the products are better and more reliable. When I completed my online order, I was able to choose whether substitutions for each individual item would be acceptable or not. This turned out to be a time saver in the long run. (The only star that I took off was because the store's inventory system cannot keep up with what is available.)I chose the delivery time. It arrived exactly when it was expected even though I did NOT tip up front. This should ALWAYS be the case! When the delivery came, all items were packed carefully. Cold items were separated. Fragile items handed off with special care.I have not had such amazing customer service from any other online service or grocery store in years.

Grocery store is large and has an amazing selection. The staff we encountered were very rude though. My mom has to use an electric cart and when we were checking out her cart malfunctioned and wouldn’t move. She tried telling the cashier who ignored her for a while and kept scanning my moms things. Then my mom told her again and she acted annoyed saying she’ll call someone over. Then right in front of us snickered with the other cashier saying “Jesus” and laughing at her situation in a rude way. So unprofessional to laugh at a disabled person needing help. Never experienced such blatant disrespect from employees before.

First time walking into this place and it's legit. Great little shop nestled into a strip mall with great interior design. The shop gives off a great vibe and the workers are great and friendly. Drinks are great and the baked goods taste great. Prices for the baked goods and drinks are fairly priced.

Bought a $300+ Birthday cake that did not turn out how they displayed it in their cake showcase. I had asked specifically for the exact same design and it did not come out at all what it looked like. I expressed dissatisfaction and was met with snide remarks and was promised a partial refund that I never got. If you request a cake with detail, make sure you know whose the designer to do it. Or just opt for a very basic design or risk the chance of them taking on a design they have no idea how to execute. If you want some complex looking, You’re better off at Whole Foods or something.
