Received two small regular pepperoni pizzas and the small garden pizza which I paid over $40 for! When I called to resolve, they offered no resolution or compensation. My name is Darlene I am a steady customer of Marcos pizza in New hope.On new year eve I placed an order of 2 large pizzas,2 order of cheesy bread and 3 order of the large buffalo chicken and sauces.I know that they were busy but gosh did they have a bad attitude.They did take my order but I been asking can you please put more seasoning on my cheesey bread and could I have couple more of ranch dressing the person in the back ground was very rude swearing and yelling.Like I said I was a steady customer but I will not longer be ordering from Marcos pizza in New hope any longer.I asked the person on the phone that I can hear everything the person was saying in the back ground and they were laughing and hung up the phone I phoned again because I really needed my food order because I was going to a new year part and they kept hanging up.So I had to go with another pizza place which was sad..... There’s this guys here he was mocking me and SWEARING!! while he thought he hanged up. and when I called again he hanged up and didn’t say anything! I called again while I was trying to cancel my order and he hanged up!! Unbelievable never ordering again terrible service.

I just ordered this on Christmas Day and have never ordered from here before, and they never sent my salad. I paid good money to make sure this was delivered and I never got it. This totally feels like a scam. Thanks Marcos for taking me money illegally.

If I wanted to use door dash to deliver my food I would have gone through their app. I specifically ordered pizza so a delivery driver from the company would deliver it. Door dash delivered 20 minutes later than expected and with an ice cold pizza, the lid was left open as well. Pretty disappointed and will never be ordering delivery from here again. Pick up only.

Terrible Experience – Avoid Marcos Pizza on Mountain Rushmore
I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with Marcos Pizza at 2201 Mountain Rushmore was beyond disappointing. I ordered two pizzas, and they never showed up. When I called to inquire about my order, I was told it had been canceled because the driver couldn’t reach me. The kicker? No one ever called me to let me know they were having trouble!
The customer service was incredibly rude when I tried to explain the situation. Instead of offering a solution or showing any empathy, I was met with dismissive responses. It’s hard to believe how poorly they handle basic customer service.
If you’re considering ordering from here, do yourself a favor and avoid the frustration. This was my first and last time ordering from Marcos Pizza. Terrible service all around.

Marco’s used to be the BEST pizza around. We moved out of their delivery area and still drive 20 mins to get their pizza. The past few times we’ve had issues but this past weekend was shocking. We made on online order for pick up, arrived at the time selected and realized they were just starting our pizzas. Ok no problem - they must be busy. I can wait. About 15 mins later, we got our order and when I took a look, I realized it was missing a few toppings and didn’t have extra cheese or garlic parm crust. The guy at the front apologized, took the pizza and about 10 mins later, handed me what you see in the pic. I didn’t even ask for white onions. To think a pizza place would think this is okay is absurd.
