Call for pizza been ordering pizza for two years now they act like they don’t know my number in the system and when I finally get them to send my order, they put the wrong number in there get to my house say they came and I never got a pizza and I called them and they act like it’s my fault because they got the wrong number they never read it back to me ! They never apologize or offer any other service or just say it they can make another one but you have to pick it up! Smfh I will never spend another dime with this place ! ?

They lost my damn order, it disappeared from their system and I waited 50 minutes for a single pizza when it wasn't even busy. The person working the cash register lied and said the order was almost ready just so we would stay when in reality they just lost it. 0/10 not worth the wait.

Love the Grilled Florintine pizza... I am not a pizza person and they have flipped the script for me...best in the area... they always show up ahead of time and have amazing customer service ... love this place... wish we could get cauliflowercrust larger than a small

Well I went to Marco's this afternoon and I ordered a large pizza and a sub The pizza was the wrong kind of pizza It was spicy and my granddaughter doesn't eat spicy so that was a waste of money then the sub was a meatball sub and it was so salty we had to throw it in the garbage But this is the first time that I've ever got bad food from there most of the time when I get my food it's delicious oh and I ordered a salad and it didn't have any meat in it or onions It was just a bowl for the lettuce and tomatoes everything was horrible today and I felt like I wasted my money and money is too hard to come by to be wasted it on food that you want to eat but it's so horrible you can't eat it then later on that night my son and myself ended up with upset stomach we both got sick from eating the food so to me somebody was handling the food nasty because we both got sick we both got diarrhea and sick so I'm just saying the atmosphere was friendly most of the time The regular two people are very nice and the food was good but they've hired some new people in the food is horrible anyhow so be careful when you get food there off the Marcos and 42nd Street because dear you might get sick cuz everybody running to the bathroom in my house somebody didn't wash their hands.

Ordered a half cheese an pepperoni, and I red and white sauce chicken and bacon. Order showed up 20 mins late and the pepperoni and cheese seemed like bit had been sitting for a bit, and the chicken bacon was missing the red sauce... eoyld have enjoyed much more if it was fresh and correct.
