I do not usually eat McDonald's but wanted something quick and easy. I go through drive thru get 2 CHEESEBURGERS one fry waited 5 minutes at the window mind you nobody is ahead of me or behind me was told to still pull up. Got my cheeseburger NO cheese. I go in they take it to the back give me it back by the manager NO CHEESE. Had to ask for a manager he doesn't apologize or say anything takes it back still no cheese!!! Finally they got it right but no apology no making it right nothing. This was so ridiculous and unprofessional not to mention there was LITERALLY not 1 customer in the entire store!!! I have never seen someone mess up something so simple ever. This McDonald's needs to do better. I manage in food service worst customer service ever do not recommend!!!

99% sure the cashier at the drive thru stole my card info. Was my first transaction on this new card, lady took my card for payment through the window and I remember it taking longer than it should have. Now, after that first transaction on the card, I'm being peppered with fraud charges all over the country. Reporting to police as well.

My son loves McDonald’s for the play place and the happy meals of course. Currently they have the Pokémon cards in the kids happy meal so he was happy as heck to go to a location that I’d play place and he could get some Pokémon cards fabulous day we had great service as well. He actually ended up with only three Pokémon cards in his first pack when they were supposed to before went up to the counter and they gave him a whole new pack so made his day Happy six-year-old happy mommy life is good ❤️

Kid-friendliness: Staff was fabulous with my kiddo, especially when he went up and told them he was missing Pokémon cards and they gave him a new one

This location gets our orders wrong more than any location I have been too
Today was missed our Big Mac and my kids 20 piece nuggets. I caught the Big Mac and had to go back for the nuggets and while I waited for my order to be corrected a lady came up with expired apples and had to wait for five minutes for unexpired apples
We will be avoiding this location

I will never return to this location! Very rude service! As usual I needed my daily morning coffee, so I drove to this location because it’s nearby, I paid with my card but I needed two tens to exchange with a 20 dollar bill and they refused to help! The guy at the 1st window says they can help me at the 2nd window so I’m like ok cool fine &then this crabby old lady says “maam I understand but I don’t have a register here” with such an attitude!! They could have easily opened their cash register!

Very crabby older lady that works the 2nd window in the mornings. First time I encountered her she complained loudly when I asked for napkins. Second time I encountered her I said thank you when she handed me my order but I guess she didn’t hear me because she said “you’re welcome” in a tone that suggested that I didn’t say thank you. By the way, isn’t it the store that’s supposed to thank the customers? Won’t go to this location again because of her bad attitude.

I’ve worked in food service since I was 14, including at McDonald’s during university, so I’m not the type to leave complaints. In fact, the only review I’ve ever written is a positive one. But after this experience, I had to 😭😭.

After a long day of work aaaaalllll I wanted was a large fry 😔. I wanted to use a deal, but I accidentally clicked on the wrong one. Even though I quickly removed it, the app kept thinking I’d redeemed it and wouldn’t let me use the code for the fry.

The employee in the back booth could see I hadn’t used any other code recently (after all, how else would I have been able to pull up the first deal???), and he knew I hadn’t actually redeemed the one I clicked on by mistake. He told me the manager could fix it.

But when I got to the 2nd window, the manager just kept repeating that I’d already used the code and didn’t seem willing to do anything about it. I explained the situation a few times—that it was a simple mistake, the app glitched, and his employee could verify that—but he didn’t seem to understand.

I have management experience at McDonald's myself, and I know this would’ve been a super easy fix. But the manager kept insisting I’d already used the code, and I ended up driving to another McDonald's rather than wait 15 minutes in the parking lot like a loser. It was frustrating and confusing—especially when it could’ve been resolved quickly—but the manager either didn’t want to help or just couldn’t understand what I was saying. I'm sad and hangry 😫.
