Received 2 cold fish sandwiches and I had to call 3 times to speak to a manager due to the young persons answering the phone and playing games. This location has become worst by each day. Mcdonalds have loss a customer for good.

I was in a little over a month ago and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese to go. I left with the bag, and when I opened it I found that I got two cheeseburgers instead. I went back to the location later that day, and the manager said she realized what had happened minutes after I left, apologized, took down my information, and told me the next time I came my meal would be free.I just returned today, and I was told that it had been too long.On the one hand, I understand. On the other hand, I was told "the next time" not "the next time within a week", which is what I was told by the manager when I tried to get the double quarter pounder with cheese that I paid for.

This place is only good for their seasonal decorations, but everything else is horrible here. The employees AND management treat customers with utter disrespect and continue to be rude towards anyone they deem appropriate to. They somehow always mess up the simplest items, (iced coffees, b-fast sandwiches, etc.) their fountain machine has been dirty the every time I’ve gone there. Terrible service, barely good enough food, overrall rlly unpleasing place.

Waited 10-15 minutes at the counter while several staff members were staring blankly at nothing, just for the manager to finally “help” us by refusing to provide us our food we had already paid for. Complete and utter incompetence from staff, shouldn’t have expected better from McDonald’s. Especially this location.

I either have a great experience here, or I have a terrible experience here and it’s solely based off which employees are working that day/night. I know you can’t win them all, but upper management has their hands full I can tell. Regardless, the food always comes out as expected and I am happy with this location overall. The drive through is sometimes hard to get into with the sharp curve from the road in front of it.

One of the now every few locations still open 24hours, sadly cannot rate any food as despite being open, the employees apparently would rather ignore customers waiting in the drive through, with the mic open then actually take an order, after approximately 7 to 10 minutes of attempting to get their attention I ended up leaving without getting anything. Very hit or miss here, seems to depend on who's working.

Go here. I got you. It's late night, almost tomorrow. Your hungry and there no one else is open. This McDonalds is the one you want. This place is one, if not the only late food place in the area that's OPEN 24HRS. Don't worry about the lines, they go fast. The foods good. The prices is right. The customer service is excellent.
