They are really quick and wow the food is amazing.

New Panda House has become my wife and I’s go to for Chinese food since we moved to Crystal 3 years ago. Always love their Szechuan Chicken great ratio of chicken to vegetables, and their vegetables are cooked just right! Also a fan of their Moo Shu pork and Egg Foo Young, both delicious options! Keep being awesome New Panda House!!!

Our experience was good. Walked in early afternoon on a Saturday. Ordered at the counter, sesame chicken and wontons. Came out in good time, was hot and fresh and tasted great!

They have this new order kiosk thing here to make ordering super quick and easy, best Chinese food spot in the cities by far. The owner/cook is so friendly, nice, and quick to make things right. Example I ordered something I didn’t intend to and he swapped it for me without hassle. This place is amazing. Great atmosphere and friendly staff oh plus the amazing food! 10/10 would recommend

So disappointed the portions were so small! They really downsize them since the last time I got a delivery order. They were literally half of what they used to give you and even the delivery container was much smaller. Usually I get three meals out of it I was lucky to get two very small meals. So disappointed! Food was still delicious but wow that was a big disappointment since the price had stayed the same. I know everything's gone up but still I can't accept it
Decides to stop in and pick up some dinner one night. We order General Tso, Sweet and Sour Chicken with a Hot and sour soup. You can tell the food was freshly made. Not to much grease or anything. The soup was my favorite. It’s hard to find one I like. Now what I will say is that it was a little spicier than I like but nonetheless it was delicious. Thank you.

Panda House – 5 Stars Nothing about this place is right. The walls whisper in Mandarin even when the speakers are off. I ordered orange chicken and the cashier said, “Are you sure you’re ready for that?” I wasn’t. But I accepted my fate.
Halfway through my meal, the lights flickered. A man in rollerblades burst in and shouted, “WHERE’S THE GENERAL?!” The air went cold. The soda machine began leaking plum sauce.
Then… he arrived.
General Tso descended from the ceiling vents in full military regalia, glowing faintly, flanked by two pandas who moved like trained assassins. He looked at me, nodded solemnly, and placed a single chili pepper on my plate. “You’ve proven yourself,” he whispered, before vanishing in a puff of steam that smelled like sesame and legacy.
I haven’t been the same since. My credit score improved. My enemies apologized. I now speak fluent spice.
Five stars. This isn’t fast food. This is prophecy.

Ordered pickup - went to pick up, looked at tag, had my name and order on it. Got home. They had put shrimp in instead of chicken. I hate shrimp. I called to get the order fixed. First guy said he'd have manager call me back. Someone called me back, but he too was of no help and he had another person call me back. He had me send him a picture of the receipt. He said he couldn't do anything I had to get a doordash refund. That guy gave me the wrong phone number to get a doordash refund. When I called him back, no answer. He did text me the correct number
All in all a terrible experience. Mistakes happen with orders, but the bullcrap of having multiple people call me, giving me the wrong phone number -etc all bullcrap.
Obviously they know what extra spicy T!
