This catering company is trash. I’m in the Alpha Delta Phi fraternity at the University of Minnesota twin cities. Our alumni association has cuckholded us to this dreadful company that brings low quality trash, refuses to bring the food inside even though we’re given them 3 different keys and has consistently missed deliveries in the past. The quality and care the food is made with has to be bottom tier, and I know that’s true because it makes my awful dorm food from last year look like a Brazilian steakhouse

Premiere Catering and Events receive a thumbs down review and a no-star rating. If you want a team of professionals-If you want top-notch service-If you want accountability...do not hire Premiere Catering and Events. We hired them for our daughter's wedding reception and I can't begin to describe our disappointment. They came 1 hour and 15 minutes late and left a half an hour early. I paid them for 5 hours of service but only received 3 hours and 15 minutes. The food arrived cold, luke-warm at best. It would have been tasty, but eating cold quiche, tenderloin crostini, etc is not ideal in any circumstance. I was told that the serving staff would consist of competent, experienced workers, but that wasn't the case. The servers were pleasant and friendly but didn't know what to do, how to do it or when it needed to be done! They spend a great deal of time talking to the "chef" in the kitchen. The chef, Tim Johnson, shook his head and rolled his eyes the entire time he was with us. I could continue, but hopefully this will be enough information to keep you from hiring this company.
