I had delivery for a group meeting which included pizza, salads, and a dessert pizza. Other than arriving a couple of minutes later than scheduled, I am very pleased with everything. I placed the order online the day before and designated a delivery time. I was able to pay online and received an emailed receipt. Again, very pleased with the food and process from beginning to end.

I have enjoyed Sarpinos at various locations for some years now and it’s evident that the new Hope location is cutting corners at the expense of food quality. The pineapples were right out of a kid and very watery. I requested extra and it seemed like they didn’t put much on there at all. I do not recommend ordering from this location.

I can't speak to the restaurant itself, and maybe this is more against door dash. We ordered various items plus the lasagna and side of meatballs. Had a kiddo add an order in after submitting. Seemed like it was ok? Got a notification that something wasn't available, but not much detail. No lasagna? Cool. Hubby can eat tortellini. But everything was cancelled. The whole order, but I didn't know that.Notification that order was delivered, and nothing, because nothing was delivered. No food.I get it, maybe I misunderstood. BUT saying it had been delivered was cruel. Had to reorder, accepting no lasagna.Order shows up (this time!) And meatballs are now cheese bread. Lame.The food when and if you get it, is good.The ambience was fantastic because it's my own home.

The Alfredo Pomodoro pizza was very very good. 9 out of 10 . The price was shocking, but I understand everything costs more now and it was gourmet. It was a special occasion so we were glad we got to try the pizza. When I went to pick up the pizza and the door handle was missing which was confusing. I guess they don't want people coming in the building and standing at the desk to pay for their order. If I would have known that I would have paid for it in advance.

Always do delivery. They get the order to my house twice as fast as promised. Every time. I'm always impressed.If you do carry out, however, it takes twice as long as promised. I wrote this review while waiting over a half hour for an order of cheese bread.Update: the first guy said they'd bring my food right out. When I called again after waiting over 20 minutes in the parking lot, the woman treated me like an idiot because her coworker neglected to mention I needed to go inside to pay. I threw my cash on the counter, took my cold food home, and discovered they forgot the marinara sauce.I'm done with Sarpino's for a good long while.

My first time ordering and very pleased will be ordering again. Ordered delivery, a meatball sandwich and tiaramisu and both were very good. Delivery was also on time and very pleasant. Good customer service, thank you! No pictures I was hungry and forgot, next time! Sandwich was larger than expected and overall good value.
The quality coming out of this place is top notch. Would recommend to anyone looking for one of the best pies in the area.

On Sunday December 10th at around 8pm I picked up my order. I ordered a grilled chicken with bacon and alfredo sauce online. I got home and my order had pizza sauce not Alfredo. I called Sarpinos to let them know they gave me the wrong order. I ordered Alfredo not pizza sauce. The guy on the phone stated I should have clicked on Alfredo instead because they automatically give you pizza sauce. I assured him that ON the pizza box it states I ordered alfredo and on my online receipt it also states I ordered Alfredo sauce. He seemed upset and blamed me for his mistake without so much as any accountability or an apology! It was very little pizza sauce and they also overcooked the pizza. He did give me a "refund" he said, but actually voided out my order. He stated, "I gave you a refund so you should be good there". I never got offered to replace my original order with alfredo sauce. This could've been really tragic if I wouldn't have caught it in time as my child is allergic to tomatoes.Also When I pulled up two guys were looking on their phone. Really bad customer service at this location. I have ordered in Roseville, where the service is better.
