They have been great every time I have stopped by! One of the baristas introduced me to my new FAVORITE drink. I almost always get a Almond milk iced matcha and she suggested I add brownsuger to it and it's been a game changer! Such a lovely lady I wish I caught her name but it's been a few months since the recommendation.

Wow. This review is zero stars for service. The tall female working Sunday morning Nov 28th is horrible. We watched her act like she was cleaning the whipped cream dispenser for close to 10 minutes. When a lined formed behind us a woman politely said people were waiting to order. She replied something rude in response. We gave up and left. To the store manager- if she is all you can get for help please do everyone a favor and close your shop.

I always make a stop at this hy-vee starbucks, and normally, the baristas are really nice expect for one. This is my second time being service by this baristas (the receipt says Saniya for a name) tall girl. She has a horrible attitude, does not say anything and nodd/shake her head when asked questions. I see another review complaining about her as well. I understand it is early but no one deserves that type of attitude. I am just there to get my coffee! First time this happened, I just thought she was having a bad day so I let it go but second time weeks apart?! That's just her and that's not OK towards customers.

I love Ken ! He’s the best. Nothing against Ken because even though Ben I lived in Edina I still would drive out here to grab the best cup of coffee. Ever since the remodel it’s so cramped in there no where to sit everywhere we’re standing on each other. If you walk In order it will take 15 min to get a drink. I’m sorry it never was like that . Ken I’m super sorry. And lately my drink has been wrong. It sucks the staff is awesome but it’s so tiny. I liked it before more comfy feel.

apparently you can't scan the app for rewards at this location..? barista is probably confused about that. They always turn off the espresso maker early today I can't even taste any espresso in my drink I hate this starbucks
