Go to any other subway but this one. Being a customer here is an inconvenience to the employees I guess.

I went there twice and both time they turned me down during open hours ,and wouldn’t serve me ,they kept saying come back in 20 minutes were not ready

unprofessional/ i’ve placed multiple pick up orders and they keep getting cancelled yet they are open until 10- first order they said out of turkey/ so I redid an order with something else and they cancelled that to.

I placed an online order at 853pm their website says closes at 10pm. It said my order would be ready at 915pm. I get there and a teenager or young adult said they were closed. He was making a sub for which I assume was his girlfriend, family member or maybe a friend. Incognitoly he ran it to her vehicle which wasnt just a costomer interaction. He very well could have made my order. Instead he made one, probably for free for a close person to him. I asked how I get my money back. He said he didn't know I had to tell him to call his manager. I dont even know if he truly did. He said I would get it refunded tomorrow. Its 2 days later and still no refund. I try to call the store but it goes to the busy beep signal after the automated message. This is robbing someone. Where is the work ethics these days? Now I have to inconveniently drive to the store to speak to someone. I am sure the manager isnt there and this will continue to be a problem in my life. This wasnt just a 15$ order. It was for my family. Very unprofessional, very poor service. If they close at 9 instead of 10, it should be online and you should not be able to place an order. Also, they have my contact information on their recipet I am assuming. The guy could have contacted me to let me know. I want to speak to a manager yet you cant even call. I dont want torequest to cancel it from my bank account. Because they put a hold on future purchases. I need access to my account. I am hoping when I go in there they will make it right. By giving me my money back and offering up a free lunch for my Son and I.

Sad to see this store go down hill so bad last 10 years.
This was a really good location and staff but now days is a dirty store, not pleasant staff most of the time, dirty eating area and trash outside.
Please improve so you stay

I’ve never walked into a restaurant with counter service and been TOLD to sit down. And then he told his coworker that he was gonna go get a smoke before my pickup order was done. I ordered ahead and gave extra time before showing up. It’s so sad as Subway used to be the place to go for subs.

Terrible experience—again. This is the second time I’ve had a bad visit here. The woman working was rude and unfriendly. Both bathroom doors were locked and apparently out of order. Service was painfully slow, and she ran the cash register with gloves still on from making sandwiches, then back to food—gross. I won’t be back. There’s a much better Subway just up the street. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

I am doing a 3 star because there is a really good employee, an African American young man who does a excellent job, but there is a another kid, a white stoner, who actually wears a weed sweatshirt who is god awful. Gave me a hard footlong pretzel that was clearly rock hard. Didn't know how to microwave or put baja sauce on sandwich. He needs to go. The African American gentleman should be promoted.
Every time I order online here, the order is incorrect. Most recently today, 2/21/2025 at12:20PM. Wrong bread and the white bread I received is like a brick to boot. Owners - close it down or do it right, figure your life out.

Worst service I have ever had. Ordered 8 ft longs on the app for pick up 3 hrs later. Got confirmation email but when I went to pick them up (5pm) I was told they didn't make my order and couldn't or they would have to close for the night cause she was almost out of bread. They had 3+ hrs notice. I was never updated about it until I walked in. Worker called Mgr and he said I could go to a different location and I did end up doing that. She would not give me her name or Managers until I forced it out of her. (Mgr - Martino, Worker - Tiana) I ended up paying more, wasting 45 min and got back to a party of hungry people. And best if all... THEY CHARGED MY CARD! Never again!
