I don’t typically leave reviews for fast food.
This Subway chain really deserves one.
Really organized and really clean.
Starting from the chips ending with the bags. Everything was so organized and spotless.
When our food was being prepared so carefully! 10/10

I’ve never walked into a restaurant with counter service and been TOLD to sit down. And then he told his coworker that he was gonna go get a smoke before my pickup order was done. I ordered ahead and gave extra time before showing up. It’s so sad as Subway used to be the place to go for subs.

Terrible experience—again. This is the second time I’ve had a bad visit here. The woman working was rude and unfriendly. Both bathroom doors were locked and apparently out of order. Service was painfully slow, and she ran the cash register with gloves still on from making sandwiches, then back to food—gross. I won’t be back. There’s a much better Subway just up the street. Save yourself the frustration and go there instead.

Sign says open but no one is inside, and the doors are locked. And when you call you just get a busy tone.

I am doing a 3 star because there is a really good employee, an African American young man who does a excellent job, but there is a another kid, a white stoner, who actually wears a weed sweatshirt who is god awful. Gave me a hard footlong pretzel that was clearly rock hard. Didn't know how to microwave or put baja sauce on sandwich. He needs to go. The African American gentleman should be promoted.
Every time I order online here, the order is incorrect. Most recently today, 2/21/2025 at12:20PM. Wrong bread and the white bread I received is like a brick to boot. Owners - close it down or do it right, figure your life out.

Worst service I have ever had. Ordered 8 ft longs on the app for pick up 3 hrs later. Got confirmation email but when I went to pick them up (5pm) I was told they didn't make my order and couldn't or they would have to close for the night cause she was almost out of bread. They had 3+ hrs notice. I was never updated about it until I walked in. Worker called Mgr and he said I could go to a different location and I did end up doing that. She would not give me her name or Managers until I forced it out of her. (Mgr - Martino, Worker - Tiana) I ended up paying more, wasting 45 min and got back to a party of hungry people. And best if all... THEY CHARGED MY CARD! Never again!
Mobile order got there early was fine with waiting however the two girls that were working were just playing around and then their group of friends came into the place loud and yelling. These two girls were so distracted had their hands while wearing gloves touching their face and mouth while handing food because their group of friends came into the store saying we run the store ourselves we are own boss to their friends they almost gave my online order to someone who was trying to take someone else’s meal on purpose but not only that they actually gave me the wrong meal was not a great experience tonight

I made a mobile curbside order at noon which I ended up having to go inside for because they didn’t bring my sandwich out when they were supposed to. Then as I was walking out of the restaurant I noticed they gave me a 6” sub instead of the foot long that I had ordered. Toppings were also incorrect. It was quite busy and I had to get be at work so I
wasn’t going to be able to wait for another 15 minutes so I let the employee know I could return to pick up my sandwich at 3:30 so they can just wait til then to make it. When I picked up the sandwich the second time, it was cold as if it had been sitting there for hours. Toppings were wrong again. Napkins were missing also. I ended up just keeping it as I did not have time to wait for them to remake it. Too much of an inconvenience for me to want to return.

I ordered the ultimate bmt and they didn’t put my ham on the sandwich I’m in disbelief
I just finished a sandwich and I hear the only woman working, yell at a person for using the bathroom.
I came in on 11/25/2024 and the time this happened was 12:50pm - 1:00pm.
Regardless if someone is a paying customer, you don't yell and embarrass someone like that. Completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.
It is around the holidays and this is how this established is treating someone?!
Can you imagine if you were a traveler, and just couldn't hold it anymore? I am a frequent subway customer, I would walk in here before any other establishment. But after this! I will not come back.
I was a paying customer just observing this nasty behavior. What horrible service.
I didn't like the yelling as a customer, this is very odd putting energy.
I tipped the guy that helped me because he was at least trying to be funny...
Get rid of that lady... She's scaring off your customers.

They seemed more interested in entertaining the 7 friends they had sitting in the store. The music playing from their phones was so loud i had to repeat myself on every question asked. It was also highly innapropriate with alot of swearing and N word dropping. Jumping the counter to get behind it also off puttiong as thats where my food is to be placed. I dont think i will be back to this location any time soon.
Every time I come here they are out of stock on something. This time was meatballs last time no cold cuts it’s literally the only sandwiches we like. Whoever the manager is for ordering and inventory need to get it together. The girl at the meat and bread station didn’t even speak to me at all I had to say hi and ask if she was ready for me to order.
