WORST SUBWAY AROUND. I quit going here years ago because the food was lousy and the service was just as bad. My wife accidentally went to this location and huge surprise I had to take it back because it was made incorrectly. Staff could have cared less and tried to pass the blame to my wife. The sandwich they re-made was horrible! Bread was hard and inedible. Do yourself a favor and go to the broadway location, or better yet go to Quiznos just a short distance down 42nd.

they're not capable of turning off an open sign when they are not open I doubt they are capable of making food that is following health department guidelines avoid this location perhaps avoid

It was horrible, I've never seen a subway so gross, I didn't realize until I got home how gross the sandwich was, I threw it away, dirty restaurant, terrible service, dude was on his phone on a blue tooth talking about women / girlfriend when serving me, dirty gross counters where they make the sandwich, just gross ? ? ? ? it was disgusting, the food was NOT even close to fresh, just the worst, management needs to start over with that store, Hire people who actually care about working or management should work themselves until they can completely overhaul that store, I'll never go there again and I've been there before and it's just really bad right now, the Health Department Needs to go There And Close that One down, I think I'll Call the health Department on them before Someone gets Food poisoning, I'm totally serious, never again ??????1/21/24

They always have the nicest most understanding workers and always make my sandwiches exactly how I ask them to! This subway isn’t even closest to my house I just like this one the best so I always go here. Super nice workers I just went in there tonight and she made my sandwich so fast and was so kind I love going to this subway I would definitely recommend. Sweetest workers ever!

Usually have unsatisfying service at this location but Kory (or cory) changed that today the toster oven was acting up so he toasted my sub by just watching it himself he took the extra time to make sure my sandwich was right insted of blaming

I was the only person in line and it took 5 minutes for 1 of the 3 employees to help they were in the back talking. Then when one finally came out she continued to talk loudly to the other worker in the back. She talked more than making my sandwich it was incredibly slow service when i have been to other subways and its never taken 7 mins just to make the sandwich. Also the restaurant is dirty. Wont be coming back every time i have been here has been bad service because the employees look like they are on something and act like it too.

Absolutely DISGUSTING workers. I came to this Subway just for a quick bite, as I pulled up there was an employee outside smoking a cigarette. When I got out my car he went inside to go help because two other people had walked in before me. He walked in, unlocked the door to go behind the counter and put on some gloves. NOT ONCE did he stop to wash his hands after smoking his cigarette before starting on sandwiches. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

Most rude employee, they need to fire this guy. The whole place was empty and I was the only customer. I said I wanted 2 sandwich and the guy ramble about how I was suppose to order online and gave me an attitude about it. Again I looked around and I was the only one there. I just walked out, I don't want a rude sandwich.
