Terrible experience. The person who took our order was clearly sick with some kind of cold. Service took nearly half an hour for two burgers and we were one of only two parties in the restaurant. Space seemed very dirty with unbussed tables everywhere. Employees were courteous but clearly don’t have the necessary resources or training.

The Wahlburger Double was delicious! I thought I would have more fries than I had, not sure what happened there. The service was great. It's inside HyVee so you can do a little shopping and then sit down to have a bite to eat. It's a nice and convenient set up.

Went to Walburger because we didnt feel like cooking and we also had to do some shopping at the neighboring store. When we walked in the store was kind or dark but that could be because they closed with 30 mins of us arrived but we were able to get in and ordered our food. We both got two burgers (one single one double) with all the fixing and some tots and fried pickles. When finished shopping and picked up our food and went home. Everything tasted so fresh. The burgers were huge and fulfilling, and those fried pickles were top tier. Glad to say we will be back to visit.

Parking: Its built onto a grocery store so plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: Kids eat free on certain days.

Aggressively terrible service, especially for having to order your food at a check-out counter. If you want anything not brought to you right away, you're going to be waiting a long while. Food is mediocre at best (how do you make a burger so flavorless?) and priced WELL above what you're getting. Applebee's is right down the street- you'll get slightly more and pay slightly less, plus you'll have a server who might actually care. Avoid if possible.

Signage was poor about where to order, servers were cheerful and friendly, when they appeared. We probably spent twenty minutes trying to grab what I thought would be a quick order of gluten free tater tots. Haven’t had this delay at other locations.

My roommate had gone there a few weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say. We went today and according to him it was nothing like his last visit. I guess they slimmed the menu, and it;s no longer a sit down place. The food wasn't good. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. They looked like they only had 3 people working. To be blunt this was a fast food joint pretending to be a sports bar, and not even a good fast food joint.Save your money, go else where. Whatever this was, it ain't no more.

Very disappointed with the food. It was just like McDonald’s, Burger King, Hardee’s… just more expensive. Got the double decker. It was small, the meat didn’t taste fresh and poorly made.

The food was horrible even after waiting over 45 minutes for it and it wasn't busy either! They ended up giving us a gift card because it took so long. I will never go back there again!

Shout out to Cheryl. She did such a wonderful job serving us and went above and beyond. (*hope she gets a raise. ; ) hint hint*). The burgers are juicy. The cup cake shakes are delicious. You can have them split a shake if you want to share. I shared mine with my neice and nephew which they loved. Red velvet cupcake shake is awesome. There is outdoor seating, seating in a more enclosed restaurant area with tvs and booths, then the area more out in the open where you can refill your drinks and order food. Half of the times I have gone, we have gotten a discount off the food, like a 2 for 1 burger sale where you get the second burger free. I took my parents, my sister and her husband plus my neice and nephew. They all loved it.

Parking: Parking is the grocery store parking lot with plenty of free parking.

Kid-friendliness: Dude, let's just say, my neice, nephew, and I were running around outside playing tag while we waited for our food. Twas so much fun. (Nobody else was outside except for one of the store employees who is always nice to me and he seemed to be ok with the little monkeys running around playing tag with me. ; ) so nobody was disturbed incase any Karen's are reading this.)

Nice gem. I was in the area looking for a bite. Had a fantastic sandwich. Service was great and prices were very reasonable.
