I ordered a cheeseburger tots and a drink, the burger was good but not great the bun seemed old and fell apart after a couple of bites, the meat cheese and condiments were good, the tots were hot and fresh, and the drink was self serve and was good, overall It was ok, I might try a different location to see if the food is any better.

My roommate had gone there a few weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say. We went today and according to him it was nothing like his last visit. I guess they slimmed the menu, and it;s no longer a sit down place.The food wasn't good. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good.They looked like they only had 3 people working.To be blunt this was a fast food joint pretending to be a sports bar, and not even a good fast food joint.Save your money, go else where. Whatever this was, it ain't no more.

Very disappointed with the food. It was just like McDonald’s, Burger King, Hardee’s… just more expensive. Got the double decker. It was small, the meat didn’t taste fresh and poorly made.

Shout out to Cheryl. She did such a wonderful job serving us and went above and beyond. (*hope she gets a raise. ; ) hint hint*). The burgers are juicy. The cup cake shakes are delicious. You can have them split a shake if you want to share. I shared mine with my neice and nephew which they loved. Red velvet cupcake shake is awesome. There is outdoor seating, seating in a more enclosed restaurant area with tvs and booths, then the area more out in the open where you can refill your drinks and order food. Half of the times I have gone, we have gotten a discount off the food, like a 2 for 1 burger sale where you get the second burger free. I took my parents, my sister and her husband plus my neice and nephew. They all loved it.Parking: Parking is the grocery store parking lot with plenty of free parking.Kid-friendliness: Dude, let's just say, my neice, nephew, and I were running around outside playing tag while we waited for our food. Twas so much fun. (Nobody else was outside except for one of the store employees who is always nice to me and he seemed to be ok with the little monkeys running around playing tag with me. ; ) so nobody was disturbed incase any Karen's are reading this.)

Nice gem. I was in the area looking for a bite. Had a fantastic sandwich. Service was great and prices were very reasonable.

Food used to be amazing before Wahlburgers, now it's just ok. I went from coming here a couple of times a week to once every three or four months. I really don't like the fast casual model of paying like McDonalds and having food brought out. The atmosphere is cold and unfriendly and I only eat when I need a specific grocery item that I buy here. Bring back servers.

We won't be going back for these reasons:1. The menu is nowhere near as good as when this was Marketplace. Every appetizer is fried food. No more sushi. No more flatbreads.2. They've eliminated servers. You have to order food at a counter in the grocery store. Want anything to drink? You will have to stand at the bar and wait to place your order there. Want water with your meal? Ask at the bar. If you want a refill of anything, walk up to the bar.3. The food took over 20 minutes to arrive even though we were literally the only two people in the place with a food order. There's a camera showing the kitchen on a monitor, and there were no workers in the kitchen. None.4. The place has all the appeal of a mall food court, and with no servers to liven it up, it's just an empty, bland space.
We stopped here while we were on our way to Otter Tail Lake and found this awesome location connected to a grocery store. We sat at the bar and was greeted right away by the bartender/waitress. She was super friendly and provided great customer service. After eating our burgers and downing our pints, we quickly grabbed some last minute groceries!

I just had a disappointing store experience that has never occurred before. Around 8am on Saturday I picked out about 10 items, but when I went to check out there NO cashiers at any of the regular checkouts. Only self-checkouts were available. When I inquired about this, I was told no cashiers would be in store until 9 am! --Never have heard that excuse before. If you can man your service desk, you should be able to have a cashier available. So no choice but to self- checkout. After a few false starts at both cash only and locked self-checkouts, I found one to use. Some items were not ringing up at the shelf price, so I asked for some assistance. Hy-vee has a weird policy on some items that the discount isn’t visible as it is rung up, but taken off at the end, and in other cases the “assistant” has to manually adjust the price on the fly. For 10 items I had to loudly ask for help several times to the “assistant”, who was definitely more interested in socializing with her co-workers. This is totally unacceptable behavior and I did ask for a store manager, who was not available. At one point I said loudly, “I should not have to struggle through this!”, and no store personnel responded. The customer in the next lane was also having checkout issues and agreed with me. Quite honestly, if I hadn’t really needed the eggs, I would have left everything at the checkout and walked out of the store in frustration. So much for the Hy-vee “helpful smile”—this was such an unpleasant experience I’m unsure when or if I will return. This is poor performance for a franchise that wants to be a major player in the Twin Cities.

Clean dining room, professional and friendly staff. Ordered a basic 1/3 pound cheeseburger with fries.Overall, the burger was excellent and it hands down beats Five Guys and their poor sanitation standards and idiot manager I experienced downtown last year. Definitely my go to place in the future.
