“Love the beer, amazing taproom, and the whole campus is incredible looking. We did the into the depths brewery tour about a year ago. Kyle was our guide, and he’s a descendent of the family who has been running this place for well over 100 years. The tickets are 1000% worth it, and so is the drive up from Iowa. So cool to hear about the history of my favorite beer, and Kyle had a ton of knowledge of everything there.

Super cool that he stayed and had a few beers after and we could chat too. They say never meet your heroes, but the whole experience only made me love my favorite beer even more. Seriously, thank you guys. It was just what I needed after a stressful harvest season.

If it’s hot out and I’ve been working, I grab a Grain Belt premium.

If it’s any season, I grab a Goose town (when available) or a Deer Brand.

In the winter I tend to shift to fire brick or Nordeast if I want something a little lighter than the fire brick.

As someone who likes beer and history this is one of my favorite places.“

“Drove up to see the mansion and ended up adding a brewery tour onto our itinerary as it's located on the same property. The mansion wasn't open to tour but you could walk the grounds. There were 3 peacocks protecting the mansion so be on the lookout! The brewery tour was about 40 minutes and then you were able to partake in tasting some of their brew. I highly recommend the Sangria beer if you're not a true beer drinker. It was a nice tour and the grounds were nice too.“
