“Good variety of good. I was there during nugget and the weekend rush. The restaurant was packed but the employees were still amazing and kept the food coming and still taking requests. I almost only go to this pizza ranch exclusively due to the amazing service and amazing food quality.“

“The food was super good! I had a Chicken and Swiss Panini with tots… yum! But then I saw the pizza and now I must return with my kids because there’s an arcade with the fun tickets when you win! And these awesome little kids, who won the jackpot of tickets ten times over, literally they had almost 4,000 tickets, well they told us how to win too! And we did, but only 1 jackpot! Anyways, I loved it here. The waitress was sweet, although she did call us crazy for not liking pickles! Still great service! Great food! Great fun!! I’m coming back!Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! Lots of fun!“

“Searles is a sweet little hamburg, er I mean hamlet, just 6 miles south of New Ulm on MN State Highway 15. My son had a baseball tournament game at the ballpark in town. Nice park with great concessions and cool seating! After they won their game our team of hungry ballplayers and assorted family members descended on this quaint bar and grill nearby to support the local businesses. The bar and grill had lots of space! They had a typical bar area when you first walked in. Then further back they had two good sized additional rooms for private parties. We took up the smaller space with the ladies retreating back to the bar area for lunch. I was impressed with their variety on their drink menu. So much to choose from! Most of the Moms enjoyed Bloody Mary's and a few other pink drinks. The Dads mostly had beers. The players enjoyed some local 1919 root beer from Schell's brewery. A few of us chose ice water and fountain sodas to drink which was served well water. So the young teens from the Twin Cities were not enjoying the flavor much! So just be forewarned that this is an unincorporated community and stick to bottled drinks if you can't appreciate that extra flavor! We overwhelmed them with a huge group and our waitress did amazing taking care of us! Looking back we should have ordered all of the player's food first and then the parents, but it was probably easier separate ticket-wise. Thankfully we had time before our next game. And was it worth it? Most definitely! I had the best mushroom Swiss burger I've ever tasted with the freshest bun! The crinkle cut fries and ranch dressing we're perfect! Crispy crinkles on the outside with soft potato goodness on the inside. My ballplayer had the club, which he had to smoosh down to fit in his mouth! The others around us enjoyed their fried fish sandwich with onion rings, bacon burgers, and everything else in between! The food here was excellent quality with great flavor! By the looks of their menu they had fun events and happenings going on too. Plus attached to the back rooms we were in they had a spacious covered patio and good sized uncovered patio. For a delicious diner style burger or sandwich this is the small town spot to stop at! If you're even luckier hopefully you can catch a ball game down at the other end of Main Street! It's like you were transported back in time.“
