They were extremely busy today and about 15 minutes behind on the orders but they kept calm, were very pleasant, and worked hard to address everyone and get the orders done as quickly as possible. “I love Pizza Ranch. But when my family was there, there was very minimal chicken because of the time. And I understand that, I’ve worked in restaurant places myself and I know that a certain time before you close you have to slow down a certain food. But it was about 715 at night and they closed at eight and about three different tables voiced asking if they were gonna make more chicken and our table did not that but we did want chicken and they said that they stopped making chicken. Like I said, I understand and I get but with that many tables voicing wanting chicken. They would’ve ran out with another batch if they would’ve made it. We were all disappointed. I literally paid for just eating the salad bar and a couple small pieces of pizza because I’d rather have their chicken and salad bar. In the restaurants that I’ve worked at we usually cooked up until the time we closed. But I know buffets are different so like I said, I’m just voicing my opinions. Also about 730 they came around asking every single table if they wanted any thing else before they close down. And we all said no other than the same tables asking for chicken.. And then they turned off the heat warmers on the buffet at 7:30“
