We had our first experience at Rush last evening. It was a quiet, wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure everything was ok. The food and drinks were excellent, we are looking forward to going back to enjoy the patio soon.
Had an experience with a cook that was distasteful and did not show good customer service. Food had been extremely overcooked and all we received from the cook was attitude. Eventually, one item was taken off the bill...however nobody even came to address the situation with us nor apologized for being treated so poorly as a customer by the cook.
