A few years ago I wouldn't have ever walked into this Burger King again. It was a disaster. So happy that I have given it another try because it is now clean while taken care of and the food is great. Highly recommend

I haven't had many problems with orders . Bur what is with the online app ? All I tried to do is look at the menu and it told me " congratulations on enrolling in our loyalty program " . I didn't enroll in anything . And it won't let me go any further without clicking the link to finish setting up the app . To many of these places are trying to force you to sign up . One more place I'm done with .

Never again! The workers at this location are so rude now! This place turned into a dump! Where is the customer service? The workers should be retrained or replaced! If you don’t have basic customer service skills you should not be working in customer service…it’s really not a difficult concept. Never had an issue with Bryan until today. He shut the window in my face and refused to take a simple complaint on the other worker who I’ve had repeated issues with. I asked who his boss is he said “my father Victor”. If his father were not a manager he would have been terminated for this terrible customer service. The management is the issue with this location. Keep treating customer like this…I look forward to see what business you are replaced with!

I recently visited this Burger King location and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. When I requested basic items such as a spoon and napkins, my request was dismissed. Upon asking again, I was told, "We don't have anything right now," and was advised to keep driving through the drive-thru. This level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend visiting this Burger King location.
This place has zero professionalism. I’m not a confrontational person but I bought an ice cream cone from this location and there was a blond hair in it. I understand mistakes so I told the workers so I can get a new one they tried implying it was my hair and refusing to give me a new cone but my hair isn’t blonde it’s black and it was covered that day. When I mentioned this they finally agreed and were basically annoyed to change it. I can’t understand the anger they have towards customers but I don’t think this is right.
