We come here pretty much every Sunday. I have never been disappointed with any aspect of this place. There is typically a wait unless you get here early, but never longer than 15-20 mins. Its well worth the wait.

Great old school diner atmosphere!! Dropped my wife at terminal 2 and had sometime before my appointment in Wisconsin. Looking for a place to do some business and have breakfast. What a gem! Host was friendly and welcoming, waitress very prompt. Place was quite full and yet my meal was served quickly. Clean and food tasty and big servings for breakfast. Will go again soon

Mom and Pop restaraunt in Newport Mn. Excellent breakfast with offers of Sr Menue! Great Hot roast beef sandwiches , yummy milkshakes and fun atmosphere!

Went here for the first time and asked the server about vegetarian options — there were very limited choices, so we ordered two veggie omelets and one kids’ item. After my wife had eaten most of her veggie omelet, she noticed small pieces of meat mixed in with the finely chopped vegetables.
We waited quite a while for the server to return, and when we showed her the meat, her response was simply, “Oh, I think the chef must have accidentally added it while getting the veggies. I’ll let them know.” No apology, no offer to remake the dish, and no adjustment to the check.
Outside of this disappointing experience, the food that was prepared correctly tasted good. But given the handling of this issue, it’s hard to feel confident about returning.

Used to love going to North Pole, food was always fresh, hot and service was great. Last 2 times not so much Had lunch a few weeks ago, the meatloaf was dried out and almost burnt. Than breakfast today, ordered a sausage and cheese omelette, wife ordered eggs with bacon and home style potatoes. The sausage in omelette was plentiful but it seemed like it was cooked days ago or from left overs as it was over cooked and dried out, also cheese was lacking. The wife’s meal was served Luke warm, home fried potatoes we’re tasteless and again not hot. Very disappointed as this use to be so consistent, hope they get there act together as there out of chances with me, too many other places to eat where the cooks and management have there act together.
