Inconsistent. When it's good, it's very very good. Great price options, coupons, etc. Pan pizzas are often underdone but the parm bites are always crispy.

i made an online order and sat in the parking lot for 20 mins while my food sat under the heat lamp while the lamp was off and the worker never updated the online order so i got sick of it and went in. never got my sauce. both times i got ranch

Joe was very disrespectful and rude, sat there for 15 minutes while he talked and sat did nothing. when another coworker entered the building he proceeded to talk to him instead of helping me. ps always forgets ranch.

Made an order to be delivered in 19-30 minutes had to call to see where the order is after 50 minutes, was told an excuse about staff issues. Canceled the order and got charged anyway. Will not refund. Tried to resolve and was told don't ever order from our staff problems if you don't like it. Fool me once your deal, fool me twice, should have known better! Do not order from Domino's Nisswa!!!
I am not sure how they expect you to eat a pizza with no sauce. Every time I order a pizza from them the pizza has next to no sauce.. I ordered extra sauce this time.. hoping it would come that way.. still no sauce.. I called to complain, which is not something I typically do but this always happens.. I don't think I have ever gotten a pizza that actually came with sauce from them... anyway the guy that answered was nice.. I will give them that.. he talked to the manager who offered a free pizza either tonight or next time I order. I opted to get the pizza tonight because who wants a pizza with no sauce.. I can't even eat it. When I told them I want it tonight they told me I would need to pay over 6 bucks for another delivery charge.. I told him I am not paying extra for something that should have been done right to begin with.. my only other option was the free pizza next time I order.. which is what I chose to do but honestly I don't think I will order from them anymore. Their food is disgusting compared to what I use to get from there back in the 90s/early 2000s.. and the prices are outrageous.

I ordered 2 pizzas. One was cheese, one was deluxe. The topping were in the center third of the pizza. There was zero cheese on the deluxe and almost zero cheese on the CHEESE pizza and NO sauce. Tried to call the store and was hung up on 5 times and then no answer

I’ve ordered from Nisswa Domino’s a handful of times and it’s been just fine, but the last time I ordered the pizza I received was not even cooked fully. The dough was still raw and the cheese was not even fully melted. So I called the store to report the issue and I was rudely talked to by whoever answered the phone and was told to “hang on dude”. Then he hands the phone to someone else who asked me what my name was, I told him and then I got hung up on. I hope somebody can make this right because I emailed dominos customer support as well and nothing has been done.
