We had a small wait in drive through and they threw in chicken sandwhich to make up for the wait! I always recommend their delicious food and always stop by when in the area! Shoutout to their staff! Always top tier!

I go to this wendys fairly regularly and I've had it twice now that they've messed up my partners order she ordered the asiago ranch chicken club without ranch sauce as she is allergic to egg the first time it was alright and I could have them remake it but this second time I didnt have time to have them remake it and now she has to wait until after an appointment to get food and this is a big problem being a new mom that is breast feeding. Won't be going back to this wendys anytime soon.

First things first, Wendy's need to get with the times and start offering Gluten Free foods. I love me a Wendy's from time to time, This one in Nisswa is a joke, I went the other day and was not able to order any salads as they didn't have any that day. So I go again and ask for a burger no bun, the last time I did this I was told they put the condiments in separate containers. That's great this time no condiments and no plastic ware. I have a half hour lunch and it takes over 15 minutes to get my order in and out of driver thru. That is crazy when there was only one car in line waiting for their food. I wish you could get it figured out this is the only fast food place and should be busy like every other one I see. Figure it out.

I was told to wait to have my order taken as they had just received a 100 and a 30 dollar order. After 10 minutes, ( and no visible sign of any other customers except the two other poor souls waiting at the end of the drive thru) my order of 20 nuggets finally went in. Now, it's been 10 more minutes. I understand things take time. But there were at least 4 people working inside. And they were very rude about even seeing us. Recommendations: get a new crew. These guys are sinking your reputation.

I gave this place so many chances. I’m talking the last three times that I’ve ordered from this place. It’s the wrong order. I literally just left and they gave me a hamburger instead of an order of chicken nuggets. To the owner of this place pay people more you might be able to actually keep employees Who can breathe into a glass correct correctly. If you come here, it will take a minimum of 15 minutes to get your food every single time. They claimed the fries are fresh half the time the fries are soggy. The guy who runs this is very good at his job. If you see an orange box, shape SUV stop in because your order might be done correctly. Outside of this do not waste your money at this place. It is incredibly inefficient. They do a horrible job and this is over the course of one year of coming here. I work right up the road do yourself and your wallet a favor and just keep driving.

I ordered my food on the app to pick up in store because I had to use the restroom. I arrived at 6:55pm to enter the lobby to find it closed and cleaned inside already this was on new years day and ironically there was a sticker on the door with holiday lobby hours and it read new years day lobby was to remain open until 10 pm so I proceed to the drive thru only to be told they have no order I already paid for. Eventually went to the window to receive a large root beer filled to the very top with ice and the wrong burger. I had to use the restroom still so I drove across the street to holiday to go and when I got back to my vehicle noticed their mistakes and returned. Now I worked in fast food for many years of my life and what these things show is this establishment is running for profit only! Not for customers satisfaction. The lobby closing early is a sneaky tactic to lower costs. Same with the cup plum full of ice saves money on soda. DO BETTER WENDY'S NISSWA!

Inside is closed, only had 1 woman working drive thru window. Food was so greasy that I had to wipe it off my bun. The food wasn't hot either.
