Ordered our dinner, everything seemed fine. Received our food about 15 minutes later to find everything wrong. Brought it back to the counter to let them know. We then waited for 30 minutes for the correct order. 30 minutes later I asked about the order which they said they were just finishing up with.We got the new order to find it even more wrong that the initial order, wasn’t even close! I think we received someone else’s order both times.Pop machines was not working/out of chocolate milk/no ice cream

Poor service it's amazing how easy a please, thank you and how's your day would go.Those small things go far with me. Asked for a cup while they prepared meal employee looked at me like i had a third eye while muttering something. Pretzel baconater not impressed. Fries soggy oily and no very tasty. Haven't tried the chilli yet so there's a chance it could be the star of the show. And all this fo $19.09 lucky me. Sad deal :( please do better

By far one of the best Wendy's we have ever been to! It looks like a cozy cabin both on the outside and inside. Food was extremely good and staff was awesome. Bathrooms were pretty clean and much better than some Wendy's we have back at home in Southern MN. It was altogether a fantastic experience and we will stop by again next time we come up to Brainerd!
We were there on January 14th. Ordered bacon cheeseburger no onions, large fry pretzel baconater, small fry,large fry and paid 26 dollars and some change. Started to pull out of drive through,fries were not close to being hot. Paid for DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER because that's what we got not realizing it. Will not be back DONE!!

I have not yet been inside this location, but I made a run through the drive-thru and my experience was pleasant. Service was fast and staff was friendly.

The kid working the window while I went through the drive through was very disrespectful. He said my car was a pos and when I asked him if he had a car he replied no. He then proceeded to call me a very rude name while I drove away. He had glasses and long black wavy hair.
