Ended up showing up to the empty Starbuck that had no line inside or out, within two minutes of placing a mobile order instead of the five minutes I expected. I got the biggest attitude and was told in the future to make sure to not place a mobile order unless it is placed far enough out that they had time to let it sit. A little disappointing as that’s not usually my experience with Starbucks.

Normally I’m pretty happy with this location but this morning when I ordered 2 drinks in the drive thru the worker seemed annoyed that I was paying with card and told me I need to get the app because it was faster. I don’t see why it matters how I pay?

When the online order ahead was down, I walked up to the front desk and was greeted warmly and asked if I wanted my regular order! I don’t remember what my order is due to I have it on the app and just push the button, but the girls knew EXACTLY what I wanted and order regularly! They definitely pay attention to details! Thank you so much for the kindness day after day!

I have been a trainer/Manager for many years and I highly recommend this Starbucks. The service here is excellent as are the staff and the food. The atmosphere is very pleasant, you get that small town feeling that says you are welcome here. Great way to start the day!!!
