I order at around 5AM a few times per the work week. The ladies and gentlemen that work the morning shift are so wonderful! Always greeting me with a smile and appreciate when I’m able to tip. My drinks are always made great and consistent!! I used to work at a Starbucks and I know it’s not an easy task and how crazy it gets during the busy hours! I’ve been to this location in the afternoon as well and it is always a great experience (just wanted to comment on when I frequent this location).

Waited the 4 mins like app said then was yelled at that I needed to wait 15 minutes cause they were a busy store was waiting behind a car for 7 minutes then at the window for 2 girl was incredibly rude will not come back

This is the most amazing Starbucks I’ve been too the staff here is beyond amazing you can just tell they work so hard every day to ensure quality drinks, I always love the little notes they leave on my cup they are so sweet keep it Starbucks!!! I’ve never had a bad experience at this location they are just amazing :)

This Starbucks is a regular stop of mine. The employees have gone out of their way to learn my name and say hello when I come. On my commute I pass up other Starbucks stores for this one. Couldn’t recommend more.

Every time I order ahead on the app, I arrive exactly at the time it says my order will be ready, yet my drink hasn’t even been started. The app shows it as ‘ready,’ but the staff always tells me I need to order earlier—even though I’m arriving at the suggested time.
Today, I used the drive-through, and once again, my order wasn’t ready. I was asked to drive around and wait, even though I had a toddler in the car and didn’t want to keep getting in and out. When I asked if I could wait at the window since there were only a few cars behind me, they said no. They said a bunch of people ordered before me so I had to wait even though I was there first. The whole point of ordering ahead is convenience, but this experience has been consistently frustrating.

Ended up showing up to the empty Starbuck that had no line inside or out, within two minutes of placing a mobile order instead of the five minutes I expected. I got the biggest attitude and was told in the future to make sure to not place a mobile order unless it is placed far enough out that they had time to let it sit. A little disappointing as that’s not usually my experience with Starbucks.
