I had a great experience here. My food was ready on time. The bowl was filled well and had everything I ordered in it. The lady at the drive thru window was super nice. I ordered/picked up my mobile order at 1:20pm with no issues. Would definitely return if I'm in the area.

They were cleaning the kitchen when we got there. They were out of several options including rice and salsa at 8pm and said they weren't making anymore. The store closes at 10:30pm. There were 3 people behind me and they had to tell them all the same thing. Do your job, cook up food.

Did pick up. Was ready at 720. Picked up at 719 got home hardly any rice or steak. Food was ice cold and the steak tasted like it was sitting out forever. I keep saying this location is new and next will be better but something needs to be done.

I got to the pick up window and they said they could not find my order. I showed my confirmation and then I was told my order was lost. I went and parked and give it a few minutes. Then picked up my order and went home. When I got home my order was made wrong. I ordered fajita veggies on my quesadilla and I did not get them. My food was cold and looked like someone threw it around. This is the second time I have had this issue.

REASONS NOT TO STOP HERE-don’t visit past 8pm, your food will be off the warmers and sitting out on the counter-they “wont” take your cash past 9, because they’re too lazy to count the POS machine near close-they’re rudeDon’t bother stopping at this Chipotle at night or after work, because this location won’t keep any beans, meat, or rice on the warmers.The second we walked in, one of the long haired workers said “if anyone comes in I swear—“. They didn’t have any of their warm food ready, so they turned their back to us to serve it from their prep area instead. Despite having orders and customers still coming in, nothing was ready to go.Then one of the kids laughed and said they don’t take cash past 9pm. We should’ve just walked out at that point but we bought the food and left. Bunch of idiots running this store, and that’s coming from people who worked with food before.

At 9pm they removed the food from the serving area and had it sitting out, food was cold and needed to be microwaved. Employees had already emptied the till and refused cash payment, and laughed about it. Brand new store, will be run into the ground. Shame.

WORST Chipotle ever don’t order from here. Ordered two meals through doordash and they completely forgot my meat in both orders like how do you give me just the bowls with no meat? So careless.
