The food was delicious and fresh. I ordered a deluxe double cheeseburger without the bun because of my diet. It would be nice if you had a container for people like me instead of the normal clamshell that the burger comes in. It made it very difficult to eat out of that. Would be a 5* review if you can get that changed.

I forgot my purse there during the supper rush, and thankfully someone found it and turned it in. I called right away to see if I someone turned it in and spoke with Molly. She reassured me it would be safe until I was able to return. So thankful there are still good people in this world! Thanks to the staff and to whoever turned my purse in!!!! 🙌

I went through the drive through, ordered a meal plus a small fry and shake. Got home and there was only one fry in the bag. Called the store, they asked if I could come back in and when I said yeah I guess, she said OK we’ll just pass them through to you. No apology. I started to say it’s kind of inconvenient for me to drive back and all of a sudden there was an unbearable noise on the other end, like she put the phone right next to the blender. I was not able to hear if this girl was even trying to respond to me. I ended up just hanging up and did not go back to get my fries. I understand this sometimes happens, but I at least expected an apology and a reasonable conversation.

The people distributing food dont pay attention to the numbers coordinated with orders. They tried to give me someone else's order 3 times. Then gave my order to someone else. Then they forgot about me because my order was already given away. Defeats the purpose of a drive thru when you end up having to go inside for your food after waiting for 30 minutes.

While i can’t judge the atmosphere; but i don't know what type of concrete they’ve seen but must of been wet as all heck because thats not properly mixed and i mixed concrete before i got that concrete mixer and the cheese curds weren’t bad but the breading Disappointed me in it wasn’t mildly loose but like set concrete

Ordered an oreo concrete and a brownie bites concrete tonight. My daughters oreo one was fine. My brownie one however tasted as though the brownie had been sitting on a counter for a week uncovered, cut into pieces and put in the unflavored custard. I was very disappointed.
