I think the employee is here need to be retrained on what their definition of extra ice means because it doesn’t mean literally a cup full of ice with no drink.

I’m like a ride or die for this location but I ordered on the mobile app this morning and was so disappointed to see that the salted caramel cream cold brew had caramel pooled at the very bottom and the cold foam disappeared from the drink within 5 minutes. The other drink I got was perfect and I had also waited quite a long time at the window for them to make the drinks but it seemed like the one had been sitting for a long time. The picture is about 5 minutes after I got my drink from the window and the cold foam is no where to be found lol

I ordered my drink with extra caramel drizzle, and they didn’t make it with that and when I asked for more, they refused to add more even though I paid for it. The only plus about this place is that they don’t have their music ungodly loud like some of the other Starbucks do

Me and my friend were waiting for our drinks for 10 minutes and there was only 2 other people there, there was also like 6 employees there and only 2-3 of them were working the rest were all just chatting and not doing anything. It made me mad how we had to wait 10 minutes for 2 drinks when it was not that busy
