Definitely can be a diamond in the rough, but lately the quality has declined. Needs some polishing in customer service and updating interior decor. If it looks dirty in the dining area,..it makes you wonder how dirty it is in the back.
I’ve gone here several times and the pho is a hit or miss. This time was decent. I don’t add anything to my pho broth so I like a flavorful broth. It tasted a bit watered down. The pork eggrolls were good.
I was craving pho I was nearby and decided to try out this place. I ordered #86 L. Pho broth is flavorful but the noodles were overcooked.
The server lady wasn't welcoming ? they're very stingy with their napkins! I will not come back.
