The owner is amazing and served us so well. Their food is incredible and if you've never had Ethiopian cuisine, Blue Nile is the perfect place to start.

Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant is a true gem for anyone seeking authentic Ethiopian cuisine and rich highland organic coffee. The flavors are vibrant, the dishes are beautifully presented, and every bite feels like a journey to Ethiopia.
Bekele and Selam are exceptional hosts—gracious, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Whether you’re planning a special event or just stopping by for a meal, their charm and hospitality elevate the entire experience. Their service, paired with the outstanding quality of food and drinks, makes every visit memorable.
Having traveled extensively across the U.S., I can confidently say this is one of the neatest and most thoughtfully run Ethiopian restaurants I’ve encountered. The prices are fair, and there’s ample parking, making it convenient and accessible.
Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere that feels like home.

Went to try this place for the first time. It was about an hour before they closed. When I went in, it was very welcoming and there was just this calm inviting energy in the air. It wasn't like other Ethiopian spots that I have gone too. I met the owners and they were really nice and welcoming. I had posted the kitfo and veggie plate. Both was made just right. They also sell spices there also which was really nice. I had to buy me some spice powder... gotta have that with the meal! I had ordered for pick up, but I'll be back to dine next time.

Our first time being here it was excellent, the only hiccup was that the waitress didn't understand English and we didn't speak Ethiopian. Other than that the food was full of flavor. Great atmosphere.

Food was fantastic! It was a cute atmosphere in there, and I'd love to go back. The Doro Wot was warm, salty, and spicy; perfect with their Injera, which they sell! For about $20, I was full for the entire day.

The service is always amazing and the food is delicious! I come here fairly often with my family and it is a great place to share a meal together. The Tour of Ethiopia is always very good and a great way to explore multiple different dishes for a group of people!
