Since they've changed the menu, they put on less ingredients (now hidden behind a metal sheild) and charge much more! Would rather make my own sandwich for a fraction of the price or go somewhere else that actually cares.đŸ€Ź

This Subway provided a mixed experience during our recent visit. We placed our order through the Subway app, which turned out to be not very user-friendly. The interface was clunky, and it wasn’t clear if our customization requests were being saved correctly. This led to some confusion when we arrived to pick up our order, as part of it was almost made incorrectly. Thankfully, the staff was understanding and accommodating, and they fixed the issue with some hesitation.
One pleasant surprise was that we received complimentary chips with our meals, which was a nice touch and helped make up for the initial hiccup. The overall atmosphere of the location was casual and comfortable for a quick meal.
What stood out most, however, was the fun Happy Gilmore theming inside the restaurant. It added a lighthearted, nostalgic vibe that made the visit more enjoyable; definitely not something you expect at a standard Subway, and it made the location feel unique.
Overall, while the ordering process could use improvement, especially through the app, the in-person experience was saved by respectful, responsive staff and a playful interior. It's a decent option for a quick bite, especially if you're in the area and enjoy a little movie-themed charm with your sandwich.

07/30/25 - Ordered ahead of time through the website. Upon arrival, we had to wait 10 minutes in line to pick up our order as it wasn't in the order pick-up shelf. The sandwiches were ready, but the drinks were not. We were given the wrong drinks.

This location does not have all the sandwiches on the order screen in the drive thru. Maria or Marie is extremely rude and talks crap about customers in Spanish. She is not very smart. She also likes to tip herself when she runs your card. I’m pretty sure that is illegal! Also don’t bother trying to reach out to the manager, they never answer the phone.

Probably the worse subway location they only have two workers the place was full of customers and the workers were only focusing on online orders had to wait 30 minutes just to get one sub and they do everything with an attitude on top of everything

Absolute garbage. Waited more than 10 minutes for food. Missed extra food, mis read what I ordered. Ordered a BMT, got a BLT (didn’t even order tomatoes on the freaking sandwich). Asked if I could switch my chips for another the lady asked multiple times what kind I wanted (doesn’t seem to speak good English) then rolled her eyes and said “no” proceeding to throw her hands in the air after she threw her hand up
Go to a better subway don’t waste your time

Do not order on the drive through touchscreen. I ordered an footlong outlaw sandwich, which is supposed to come with Steak, peppers, onions and cheese with chipotle sauce. Instead, I got a 6inch steak lettuce and pickles, no sauce. I had also ordered chips which I didn't receive, but had paid for. Seriously, do not visit this location. The food wasn't good either.

I just shared my comments with GrubHub and this will be the last time I order from the North Saint Paul Subway. I live in Oakdale so why the food came from North Saint Paul I have no idea and I just caught it that that's where it's been coming from the last two times I ordered from GrubHub. WHERE'S THE MEAT? it's a good thing I like vegetables because that is definitely what it looks like is a salad on a bun with a few pieces of Bologna. Again I like subway but I will never order from North Saint Paul again. If I could take a picture of the sub I would.. again it looks like a salad on a bun with three pieces of what looks like to be just bologna. I'll stick with Subway but do not go to North Saint Paul if you want a good cold cut combo!
